Отличный и приветливый персонал
Прекрасное место, чудесный персонал!
Уютный пансионат в окружении голубых елей гигантов, небольшая территория со своим бассейном, шикарными розами. Со 2-го и 3-го этажей потрясающий вид на озеро! Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал! Завтраки превзошли все ожидания: готовили очень вкусно и разнообразно, всегда были фрукты, сладости, горячие лепёшки!
Отель расположен у дороги, где находится пост ДПС... Мы за семь дней наслушались свистков на все лады, но это скорее местная особенность и с этим ничего не поделаешь.

The hotel is run by a family. They are very happy to receive you, they are very helpful and flexible. They cook very good breakfast. The owner speaks English. The gatekeeper offers to drop you in Cholpon-Ata for 200 soms.
The hotel is overpriced considering the room facilities. There is no aircon, no safe box, regularly there is no hot water in the shower. I wouldn't mind these small hiccups if the price was lower.

The staff was extremely helpful. Always. We arrived early and allowed to check inn without any problem. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were ok.
