The room was spacious and clean , all staff were friendly
Staff were superb, food excellent and accommodation was clean
Nothing to dislike at all
Really lovely place, great food, beautiful rooms, friendly staff. So much nicer than the typical roadside hospitality offered
The Staff
Comfy and convenient for the wedding I was attending
The bed was too hard for me but that’s just personal choice.
I was in the accessible room and found some things quite awkward in there.
breakfast
Location is brilliant. It looks pretty outdoors and the pub is nice.
The rooms are old and dated. They are not cared for our room has water /damp marks all over ceiling. Bathroom is has been updated but cheaply everything falling apart. Bed hard as rocks.
Breakfast was very good, promptly served and well presented.
Dinner in the pub was very good albeit the service was a little slow as the night went on, mainly because the pub was busy and there weren't enough staff
Quicker service although the staff who were working were rushed off their feet
We had Sunday lunch. We arrived early but they let us eat earlier. The meal was very good. Breakfast room is lovely quiet, good service and was a good all round wholesome breakfast.
This was our third visit. There was nothing we did not like about The Snowy owl. It lived up to our expectations.
