Artus Hotel

Our transport was delayed leaving us two hours behind schedule. When we arrived the hotel (8:20pm), there was a small sign on the door stating they close at 8pm.

When we called the property they were no help, and began to say there’s nothing they could do after 8pm. We offered to meet the owners at their location (to save them travelling out of their way at such a late time).
But we were met continuous “no’s”

My sister and I we left stranded outside, and had to travel back into town until we could find a new hotel. No refund or recommendations were issued.

Arogatní až agresivní majitel. Na stránkách mají psané parkování ale to tam není možné. To jsem psal i soukromou zprávu že potřebuji mít kde parkovat, protože jsem byl služebním autem. Odpovědět žádná. Po otázce, jestli se dá někde zaparkovat poblíž mně bylo řečeno že je to nezajímá jestli teda ten pokoj chci. Samozřejmě jsem odmítl a chtěl vrácení peněz to mně bylo odmítnuto. Arogantní a agresivní majitel mě dokonce vyhodil batoh ze dveří a tím vznikl i osobní kontakt. Rozhodně tenhle hotel nedoporučuji, vyhnout se velkým obloukem. Jsem zvědavý jak se k tomu postaví i booking přes který jsem to rezervoval!!!

Közvetlen az utazás előtti napon este foglaltam a szállást, mert csak átutazóban voltam. A visszaigazoló levélben írták, hogy este 20:00 óráig lehet bejelentkezni. Ekkor azonnal írtam a szállásnak, hogy csak 22:00 után érkezem, mi ilyenkor a teendő. Nem válaszoltak. A Booking felületén is írtam többször, de nem reagáltak. Kértem, hogy engedjék ingyen lemondani a szállást, de ezt sem tették meg, így ki kellett fizetnem. Szerintem ez nem elfogadható.

Sehr dreckig, sehr unhygienisch, gab nicht mal shampoo, kein Aufzug, ungenutzt, dreckige Wände..

I cannot say as I have very bad experience from them. No good customer service. I asked them to return my money as i was not able to stay in the room as I arrived after 8 pm but till now I am waiting for their email reply.

The experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

The hotel has a very restrictive 8:00 p.m. check-in deadline. I explained in advance that I would arrive later because of my flight and that I was travelling with a sick and disabled child, but no practical solution was offered. I was unable to use the room that night and they also refused a free cancellation/refund.

When I returned for the second night, there was another unpleasant surprise. My reservation indicated that the room had a bathroom, but I was then told that this referred to a bathroom in the hallway. I was asked to pay an additional €20 to have a room with a private bathroom. I found this very misleading and frustrating.

On top of all this, the room itself was extremely old, poorly maintained and, in my experience, not clean to an acceptable standard.

Considering the condition of the room, the communication, the check-in restrictions and the additional bathroom charge, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Mało sympatyczna właścicielka, w pokoju firanki które nie były prane z 2 lata, na korytarzu wykładzina tak brudna, że nie pamięta jakiego jest naprawdę koloru, w łazience kafelki popękane, fugi zgrzybiałe od brudu, brak drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej, co powodowało po kąpieli jezioro na podłodze i jednoczesne ryzyko ulegnięcia wypadkowi. I na koniec wisienka na torcie: " hotel" reklamuje się że posiada parking a w gruncie rzeczy jest to często wywalczone miejsce pod oknem sąsiadów przy ulicy na chodniku. Ciekawostka, pod samym domem/ hotelem nie wolno parkować ( niby ze względu na zakaz) natomiast prawda jest taka , że miejsce to jest zarezerwowane dla ( jak przypuszczam) córki właścicieli, gdyż pomimo zakazu czarne audi kombi stało od rana do wieczora. Hotel mieści się w dość gęsto zabudowanym osiedlu, więc nie trudno się domyślić, że istniało ryzyko zarysowania pojazdu. Czyli "parking frei" to jedno wielkie oszustwo.

Alles, es war dreckig. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare von anderen Personen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war unter aller Sau dreckig und wir waren zu der Zeit die einzigen. Die Vermieter vom Hotel haben im Zimmer daneben geschlafen. Die Vermieter konnten kein deutsch und waren super unfreundlich. Die Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe.
