Pros:

Questo hotel è un toccasana per la mente ed il corpo. Posizione strategica a Donnalucata. Hai la sensazione di alloggiare su uno yacht. Il personale meraviglioso: Giorgio, Loris, Miriana, Marylin, Cristina, Samantha e tutto lo staff delle pulizie. Panorama stupendo e servizio colazione eccellente. Già mi mancate. Tornerò sicuramente. When I first stayed there I immediately loved it!! You couldn't get any closer to the water and views of the the sea. One unique feature that I've never seen at a seaside hotel is the lush green grass area to lay on the chaise lounges with umbrellas steps away from the water. If you want sand then next to the grass area there is access for long strip of beach.
A laid back town with restaurants and 10 mins to the popular Ragusa Marina.
I go back every year because of the hotel itself.
The owner and her staff are top notch in customer service and sees to your every need. Oh and the free break fast is absolutely amazing

Posizione fantastica. Struttura curata anche nei dettagli. Gestione e personale estremamente gentile e accogliente. Mia moglie è stata poco bene e tutti si sono adoperati per aiutarla. Consigliato.

Soggiornare è stato molto piacevole e rilassante.Abbiamo tanto apprezzato la gentilezza e le attenzioni del personale.Ambiente molto pulito e curato nei dettagli.La location con vista mare dall' alto delle terrazze e dal verde prato è pazzesca. Comodissimo il parcheggio.

Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Colazione sulla terrazza con una vista stupenda sul mare...Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo sicuramente molto presto.

Lokalizacja nad morzem. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem. Taras i miły widok na śniadaniu. Śniadanie smaczne. Duży parking. Cały pobyt uratował netflix oraz bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa w hotelu.

Cons:

Wygłuszenie pokoi jest bardzo słabe. Słychać najmniejsze stuknięcie i puknięcie zza ściany, a nie jestem nadwrażliwa w tej kwestii. Okna też słabo wygłuszone. Ponadto dochodzą zapachy z pobliskiej restauracji. Obiekt ma już swoje lata i wymaga odrestaurowania. Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko w porządku, ale sporo rzeczy wymaga odnowienia np. przeciekający prysznic czy przeciekający dach - na środku holu kapało z sufitu i podłożona była miska. Najgorszy był zapach w pokoju - sztucznego aerozolu, bardzo duszącego. Pokój, pościel - wszystko spryskane bardzo rażącym chemicznym zapachem. Godzinę wietrzyłam pokój, aby przetrwać do rana. Na jedną dobę w porządku, na dłuższy pobyt za tę cenę oczekiwalibyśmy lepszych warunków.

Kaikesta! Todella viihtyisä lomakokemus, olimma varmasti ainoat turistit ja oli niin hyvä kokemus että sanat eivät riitä. Aamupala todella hyvä ja tuore joka aamu, sängyt ovat todella hyvät, huoneet todella siistit ja kaikinpuolin upeassa sijannissa hotelli.

Asiakaspalvelu todella hyvää ja kaikki asiat hoidettiin hyvin ja nopeasti. Kaikki oli todella mallikkaasti järjestetty.

Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war herrlich.
Der Ort ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen und hat ein paar gute Restaurants.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war anfangs etwas schwach. Das Personal hat jedoch das Problem rasch behoben.
