* ruhiges kleineres Hotel direkt neben der Liftanlage Fulseck (kein Lärm), preislich etwas höher, Haltestelle Bus vor der Haustüre (Gratis) für Ausflüge ins Umland, genügend Gratis Parkplätze, Ladestation vorhanden
* 5 Min zu Fuss ins Zentrum/Trafik/Supermarkt,...
* hundefreundliches Hotel (darf mit in sep. Gaststube)...im Ort selber zwar Gassisackerlständer vorhanden, jedoch muss man sich mit kleinen Unkrautstreifen zum Lösen vorm Hotel begnügen bzw etwas weiter "wandern"
* familiär geführt, wunderbar dekoriert, Zirbenduft, Lift/WLAN vorhanden
* feiner Wellnessbereich/3 Saunen/Outdoornaturpool/Massage hervorragend/genügend Liegeflächen innen u aussen
* grosses Superiorzimmer/Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern/Balkon/2 WC/Dusche/2 TV,
* ab 8.00 Uhr reichhaltiges regionales Frühstücksbuffet/Kaffeemaschine/für jeden etwas dabei

* an einem Abend Live Musik - sonst wirklich seehr ruhig was uns zum Erholen entgegen kam

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den nächsten Aufenthalt gleich gebucht ;-) !!!...ev. wären Liegen am Balkon, ein Fliegengitter, Klimaanlage toll....aber wir haben uns auch so wunderbar erholt.

Familiäres Komforthotel auf hohem Niveau
Pros:

Sehr professioneller und persönlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, ruhige Lage direkt an der Talstation in Dorfgastein, schöner Wellnessbereich, komfortable Zimmer

Perfekte Lage in einem schönen Hotel

Verpflegung war sehr gut. Abend und Frühstück. Alles sauber, freundlich.

Pros:

Very clean hotel, quiet location, friendly atmosphere. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week.
Absolutely delicious food and for all tastes at breakfast and the dinner menu was varied,refined taste and an excellent presentation.
Staff extremely responsive to guests needs ,we hope to return next year.

Вкусные завтраки/ужины, стильный интерьер, вежливый персонал

Долгое обслуживание на ресепшене при заселении - мы ждали пол часа пока женщина закончит общение с гостями. Мы бронировали номер в отеле за полгода (хотели отпраздновать день рожденье в красивом месте в хорошем дорогом отеле), а по итогу нам дали номер с самым некрасивым видом возле шумного подъемника!!!

Также при бронировании нигде не было указано, что бассейн имеет большую глубину! Но больше всего расстроило, что нам выделили столик в самом темном углу зала, а пересесть к окну было нельзя! Хотя у них были свободные столики возле окна. У супруги было день рожденье и ей в честь праздника не разрешили пересесть поближе к окну!

Еще по поводу ресторана - смутил дресс-код некоторых гостей. Многие люди возвращались в ресторан после спа-процедур в раскрытых халатах и тапочках. Отель, который держит марку четырех-звездочного, не должен такого позволять гостям!
