Cons:

Wij kwamen aan bij het hotel, en moesten 15 minuten buiten wachten omdat er geen personeel aanwezig was. Dit terwijl we binnen de uren van de check-in waren aangekomen. Later werd er door iemand opengedaan die voor het bedrijf ernaast werkt. Binnen hebben we nog 5 minuten gewacht tot er eindelijk iemand kwam. We kregen het pasje in ons hand gedrukt en mochten het verder zelf uitzoeken. Toen we de kamer binnen kwamen zagen we gelijk dat de kamer supper klein was (dit zag er niet zo uit op de foto’s). Badkamer en kamer is eigenlijk ook gewoon 1 ruimte wat afgesloten wordt door een gordijn ( die ook nog eens doorschijnend is). Wij wouden terug naar de receptie om te vragen waarom de kamer niet overeen kwam met de foto’s. Maar tot onze verbazing was er gewoon weer niemand. Daarom besloten wij om maar even een rondje te lopen, hierdoor kwamen wij erachter dat het zwembad ook niet eruit ziet als op de foto’s. Het was klein en vies. Een kwartier later hebben we gelijk uitgecheckt en een ander hotel opgezocht. Personeel kon ook geen engels dus ging bellen met de baas, daar was overigens ook niet normaal mee te communiceren. Ze bleef hameren op dat dit echt de kamer was die we geboekt hadden. Wij zijn weggegaan en hebben verder niks meer gehoord van ze. We hopen nog iets van een vergoeding terug te krijgen, maar ben bang dat we ons geld hebben weggegooid. Erg zonde

Hotel correcto y centrico, pero en un calle ruidosa, si quieres descansar mejor ve a otro
Pros:

El hotel es correcto en una zona centrica, la habitación es de buen tamaño y esta limpia, no le falta de nada y por el precio esta bastante bien.

Cons:

El ruido de los bares de la calle se oía demasiado fuerte, dificultando el descanso. Esta en una zona llena de bares para turistas, cosa que no nos dimos cuenta antes de reservar, la musica estaba a muy alto volumen hasta minimo las 2 o 3 de la madrugada, ademas a las 6 de la mañana empiezan los rezos de una mezquita cercana y se oyen mucho también. Si quieres descansar te recomendaria alejarte un poco de esta zona.

Por otra parte, al llegar al hotel no habia nadie en recepcion, tuvimos que estar un rato en la puerta llamando y nadie venia, tuvimos que escribir al numero que nos habian facilitado para que nos dieran la contraseña de la puerta, justo en ese momento llego el chico de recepcion para hacer el check in. Durante toda nuestra estancia vimos 2 veces alguien en recepcion, el resto el hotel parecia abandonado, pero siempre respondian rapido al whatsapp, asi que estabas atendido pero tenias la sensacion de estar solo en el hotel.

Great stay, but bad climate.
Pros:

Central location!

Cons:

Airconditioning did not work in two rooms. Cooled a maximum of 2 degrees. Had horrible nights, hotel didn't fix the cooling issue. Contacted manager, but didn't do anything.

Loved our stay!
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to a lot of food options, beautifully clean room and other facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Having the rooftop pool was such a treat and the perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring.

Value-for-money little hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean, value-for-money hotel. Regular room was small but space was efficiently maximised. Lighting was bright enough.

Cons:

Reception was not 24h although there is a number to call for assistance. My room access card malfunctioned and I had to wait for about 20 min for staff to come and reset the card.

Pros:

Tudo!
A localização é óptima, tem uma cozinha partilhada que dá apoio e muito bem equipada, a zona exterior com a pequena piscina é muito simpática, os quartos são modernos e têm janelas duplas (algo muito valorizado tendo em conta a rua animada onde está!). Destaco a simpatia e disponibilidade da Anna!
