Mooie ruime kamer met uiticht op Miyajima.
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht op Miyajima en de torii. Mooie lounge op 8e verdieping met uitzicht en lekkere cocktails. Hiroshima prima te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Ligt aan drukke weg en om naar centrum/metro/veerboot te komen moet je stukje langs deze weg.

Supprisingly good for the price !
Pros:

The style, the onsen with one pool inside and one outside… and the kimonos free to use. You can also hace breakfast using the (summer) kimonos. Breakfast ist dantastic and in a besutiful room looking over the sea and the barden.

Cons:

The location isn’t ideal, since it’s on the mainland and the main attraction is the island. So you are staying “overnight” on Moyajima, which is magic. The ferry goes late, so its kind of all right, but there is no shuttle to the hotel from the ferry at night.

Amazing breakfast and dinner
Pros:

Great breakfast and dinner with a lot of variety. There is something for everyone. Various desserts and beverages also.
Beautiful yukatas to use in the hotel.
Enjoyed the onsen, very convenient. Really appreciate the shuttle service to the train station and the boat ride to Miyajima island.

Cons:

All is great, the only minor inconvenience is the distance to the train station. It is not too far, but if you have big luggage and the weather is hot, just be prepared for a bit of a walk getting there.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

When you first enter the hotel you will be greeted with a gorgeous view of miyajima. The facility provides yukatas which you can wear around the hotel. The onsen and the complementary services such as ice cream, probiotics drinks, drinks and shower toiletries were all lovely and welcomed after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. They provide a shuttle service to and from the station. I would also higly recommend that you try the soba restaurant beside the hotel.

Prima hotel op mooie locatie.
Pros:

Ligging dicht bij eiland Miyajima en Hiroshima.
De onsen en de sauna waren mooi en heerlijk.
Uitstekend ontbijt met mooi uitzicht op zee en Miyajima Island.

Cons:

Alles was goed in orde

Superbe hotel reposant avec vue sur l île sacrée
Pros:

Vue superbe, onsen extérieur face à la mer caché par des plantes, boissons et glaces offertes, restaurant gastronomique cher pour le pays mais de grande qualité, transport à la gare en minibus et sur l île en bateau offert à heures précises (un seul aller et retour par jour pour miyajima), horaires très étendus pour le onsen, magnifiques kimono et pyjamas mis à disposition, 1 employé qui parle très bien anglais

Hotel con instalaciones lindas pero un servicio deficiente y sin opciones de Alimentación
Pros:

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones no obstante esta alejado de todo. Es lejo0s de la estación, no obstante rescato su Onsen. Tienen un bar de Shampoo, lo cual es muy inusual y una amplia variedad de Pijamas.

Cons:

El hotel no tienen servicio de alimentación. Tienen un restaurante pero no tiene servicio abierto. En mi caso, fui informada horas antes de mi llegada que debían cenar antes, porque no había servicio. También el mismo dia, fui informada que no podria acceder al desayuno por un evento de colegio y eso es inadmisible. Un hotel de ese tipo y con esas tarifas, tendría que ofrecer siempre el servicio o avisar con suficiente antelación. Si yo no escribo para preguntar, me hubiese quedado también sin cena.

Great for a short stay. Impeccably clean, lovely touches to top off the experience
Pros:

lovely location, very clean, nice extra touches (free drinks and ice creams), relaxing onsen

Cons:

The road to the hotel was not great for pedestrians. I wish we had known about the free shuttle from the station.

Also, you needed to make dinner reservations TWO days in advance which was hopeless for a 2 night stay. Breakfast also needed to be booked the day before. It would have been better to have made this more clear on the Booking.com site

The room was very compact and just didn't seem to have enough convenient coat hooks/storage.
