Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Okay für 1-2 Nächte aber nicht für den Preis

Das Frühstück war lecker, die Putzcrew hat jeden Tag super Arbeit geleistet und das Meer ist sehr schön!
Auch muss man sagen Jorge oder George hat einen super Job gemacht und war immer für einen da!:) Ohne ihn würde dort nichts laufen.

Cons:

- Die Lage, man kann wirklich kaum etwas dort machen. Wenn man länger dort ist, wird einem schnell langweilig. 2 Nächte max.
- Das Essen war meist echt ok, aber nach einem Abendessen (Ceviche), war ich die ganze Nacht auf dem Klo. Als ich es am nächsten Tag sagte, nahmen sie es nur entgegen. Nichtmal die Ceviche wurde offeriert..schade.
- Die Massage war sehr lieblos und direkt nach der Massage, als ich noch nackt war, wurde Trinkgeld verlangt, was ich als recht unangenehm empfand.
- Vorsicht auch mit den Wassertaxis vom Hotel. Sie fahren nur einmal am Tag. Muss man früher zurück zahlt man 800COP für ein Privattaxi.

Bon spot balnéaire à 1h de Carthagene
Pros:

Bon spot pour un ou deux jours de farniente au bord de la mer des Caraïbes. Proximité de la barrière de corail pour snorkeling facile à atteindre en kayak. Super petits déjeuners

Cons:

Pas grand chose à signaler. Peut être remplacer les transats en plastique blancs par des transats en bois qui seraient plus jolis au bord de l’eau. Et passer nettoyer un peu les matelas salis pendant la journée.

El hotel ofrece bicis, kayak, paddle surf.

Cons:

Pese a que se indica que el horario de las comidas y cenas es uno concreto, te hacen indicar si vas a querer comer y cenar alli con horas de antelación, teniendo incluso que indicar lo que vas a querer.

Great place on the islands off Cartagena
Pros:

Great location, super peaceful at night (once the day crowd is gone), great pool, nice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Transfer only by boat and quite pricey.

Los trabajadores excelentes. La persona que nos recibió, Dylan, un encanto. El desayuno y la señora que atiende el desayuno junto con el chico... una maravilla. Repetiría!!!!!!

A piece of paradise served with a Piña colada
Pros:

Communication ahead of visit excellent. Staff very friendly. Hotel location fantastic and much quieter than I thought even with day trippers - separate space for residents to eat. Sea wasn't too rough on either crossing. Good menu which kept us interested over 4 lunches and 3 dinners. Buffet breakfast good too. Would recommend paying as you go - full board not worth it.

Cons:

Only the coffee which was weak and American style. But I mentioned this to the owner who said they are trying to work with a new machine.

el hotel está muy bien ubicado y todas las instalaciones son muy agradables. El muelle para tirarse al agua es espectacular y la actividad de snorkel estuvo buenisima también. el hotel es un sueño, tenés de todo para poder disfrutar todo el día al aire libre.

Awesome once we got there.
Pros:

We liked the hammocks in the family bungalows and a quiet atmosphere of the place. The beach and pool were clean. The later check out at 12pm was nice to enjoy the facilities without having to leave earlier in late morning. Lots of beach chairs to sit down and relax in. Food was tasty and the wait staff were excellent. The staff were always able to find us on the premises.

Cons:

The music by the pool was so loud it was hard to talk. It would of been helpful to have a list of things permissible or not on a sheet in the room would of been helpful. We were given a brief run down at the front desk but they were interrupted by staff needing them it felt rushed. The man running the boats and charters from Cartegena to Isla Grande for Hotel Isla del Sol was not helpful to us once he realized we already paid for our ticket to the hotel with another 3rd party company. He said "well there's nothing I can do for you." He did not offer to connect us with the company I did book our ferry tickets through but just stopped talking to us after he realized we didn't need to buy tickets from him onto Hotel Isla Del Sol.

Las instalaciones súper cómodas, ambiente relajante, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Atención muy amable.
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y bien cuidadas.

Cons:

Deberían avisar a los huéspedes que la playa tiene conchitas para que lleven aquashoes y advertir que en el mar podría haber medusas.

Paradise.
Pros:

It was a little paradise. We were there as a family for 3 nights, and none of us were ready to leave. The ocean was dreamy, the pool divine, and the food was delicious too. We met some other wonderful travellers as well. The staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

The only drawback, which I didn’t figure out until it was too late, was that you can only reasonably access the hotel on their boat shuttle leaving Cartagena at 8 AM, and returning to Cartagena at 3:30 PM. This meant we had to leave our Cartagena hotel much earlier than desirable on the way there. And on the way back, we had to book a private boat and a taxi for 800,000 Colombian pesos to get us back to Cartagena in time for our 4 PM flight. Money I hadn’t expected to spend.
