Tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est aux petits soins: ils vous ajoutent à un groupe WhatsApp et dès que vous avez besoin de quelque chose vous leur écrivez et en même pas 5mn ils vous l’apportent avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La piscine privée est vraiment un plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres et jolies. L’emplacement est idéal pour Kuta. Je recommande à 100%.

Loved the location, the room was lovely and the pool and area around it was really nice.
Noise from surrounding building sites that we didn’t know about in advance. While I understand the environmental reasons behind changing the sheets every 4 days but it made no sense to leave us in dirty sheets until the night before we left and gave to change the sheets again after we left the next day. It would make more sense to change the sheets half way through a guest’s stay maybe.
El estudio tenía de todo, estaba limpio, cama muy cómoda, diseño moderno, y la piscina es un plus.
Me gustó que pongan toallas y un pareo para las chicas.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was outstanding, the private pool was amazing, and the room was exactly as beautiful as shown in the photos.
We would especially like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of all the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay truly special.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again anytime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

the mattress was a bit uncomfortable
Het was een heel mooi appartement. Het buiten gedeelte was ook prachtig met een fijn eigen zwembad en prettig om een whatsappservice te hebben, even wennen maar iedereen stond altijd voor je klaar. Enorm vriendelijke mensen. Het ontbijt was echt ontzettend goed verzorgd en wordt op de kamer bezorgd en heeft veel opties. Je kunt scooters huren en massages reserveren voor op de kamer. Kortom, zo goed als perfect!!

The private pool is such a vibe, the location is a bit of a meh. If you have a scooter I guess no problem then which most of the people do. The staffs are amazing- Rendy specially! Dropped me off with his scooter as I needed help.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Der Hund der Unterkunft hat jedes Mal aggressiv gebellt, sobald wir gekommen oder gegangen sind. Ich liebe Hunde normalerweise sehr, aber in diesem Fall habe ich mich leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt sicher gefühlt.
Schließlich wurde ich sogar gebissen – die Wunde hat geblutet, weshalb ich zum Arzt musste und eine Tollwut-Boosterimpfung erhalten habe.
Der Besitzer hat die Kosten nach längerem Hin und Her zwar übernommen, allerdings hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass er sich wirklich um mein Wohlbefinden oder die Situation gekümmert hat.
Besonders problematisch war, dass selbst nach dem Biss niemand den Hund richtig unter Kontrolle bringen konnte. Die Angestellten wirkten unsicher und hatten offensichtlich selbst Angst vor dem Hund. Da die Mitarbeiter muslimisch sind und Hunde im religiösen Kontext oft als unrein gelten, waren sie den Umgang mit einem aggressiven Hund offenbar auch nicht gewohnt. Umso respektloser fand ich es, dass der Besitzer die Verantwortung trotzdem auf sie abgewälzt hat.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
Waren hier nur für eine Nacht. Sehr schöne Anlage. Hatten wirklich ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Aufjedenfall eine 10/10.
Die Badezimmertür hat sehr laut gequischt.
