Pros:

The property is perfectly located, very close to the center of Kuta. The team is very generous and attentive. A scooter is made available. I recommend this place for a stopover in Kuta—a must-visit spot for its beaches, surfing, and the town center.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht !!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es liegt nicht an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen von Kuta. Das Zentrum ist schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar und dennoch ist die Hotelanlage ruhig gelegen.
Auf einen Hinweis hin (Schild raushängen) wird täglich gesäubert und Handtücher getauscht.
Besonders Zhan vom Personal war sehr nett, er hat uns einen sehr guten Kontakt für einen Ausflug zu den Pink Beaches uvm. vermittelt.

Cons:

Insgesamt sind wir von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht, da wir ein Zwei-Bett-Zimmer mit Poolblick gebucht haben und wir stattdessen von aus unserem Zimmer und der kleinen Terrasse aus auf eine Wand geschaut haben. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir dieses Zimmer nicht gebucht haben, wurde uns ein anderes Zwei-Bett-Zimmer (beide im Erdgeschoss) zum Wechseln gezeigt. Doch auch hier fehlte der Poolblick. Es wurde versprochen in den kommenden Tagen einen der Buchung adäquaten Wechsel anzubieten, jedoch hat sich weiter niemand darum gekümmert.
Die Rezeption ist häufig nicht besetzt und das Personal spricht sehr wenig Englisch, was nicht hilfreich in der Sache war.

Im Zimmer roch es schimmelig, immer, die Ursache war nicht zu finden.
Im Bad ist der Stockschimmel überstrichen, so dass es leider nur auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck macht.
Aus dem Wasserhahn ist seitlich Wasser ausgetreten, so dass auf der Ablage eine ständige Pfütze war.
Die Polster auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Zimmer sind sehr fleckig dreckig.
Es wird 1x täglich der Boden gewischt und dennoch ist er dreckig.
Bei Aufenthalt im Zimmer entsteht ein andauerndes Unwohlgefühl.

Das Frühstück war eher klein. Man bestellt aus einer Auswahl auf einer Karte, jedoch ist das Frühstück kleiner und einfacher als dargestellt.

Aufgrund dieser Kritikpunkte passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht.
Wir fühlen uns belogen und hätten dieses Zimmer bei ehrlicher Darstellung niemals gebucht.
Es war die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer 5-wöchigen Indonesienreise und deshalb bekommt sie hier von uns eine unbefriedigende Bewertung.

Cons:

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit slow. But we had our own mobile internet, so it wasn't really a problem. ;)

Molto bello ma molto stretto.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato sei notti al Lavella Villas, scegliendo il bungalow in legno. La camera era pulita, ben arredata e davvero molto spaziosa, con due grandi letti matrimoniali e un divano, a dire il vero poco utile.

La struttura è raccolta e offre una bella piscina, tranquillità e una buona privacy, anche se gli spazi comuni sono piuttosto ristretti. Abbiamo inoltre noleggiato direttamente da loro degli scooter in buone condizioni e a un prezzo onesto.

Una menzione particolare va allo staff, sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci. Non sono personalmente un grande amante dei bungalow in legno, ma qui mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e una struttura che consiglierei.

Cons:

La colazione era buona, anche se il servizio risultava un po’ lento e il caffè potrebbe essere migliorato. L’unica vera pecca è stata la poca disponibilità di acqua calda in alcune sere e una perdita sotto il lavandino: piccoli problemi che dovrebbero essere semplici da sistemare.
