Room 13 has crazy noise from somewhere all day/night
Pros:

Good location with street covered with concrete unlike other streets of Kuta.

Cons:

If you get room 13 rather just leave. Room’s walls are touching neighbour building. Not sure what exactly but some kind of device makes insane lot of sound even during the night. Like an external unit of an ac just way louder.
Raised it to the staff. Received no help saying it’s not their fault it’s the neighbour building.

Pros:

El personal súper amable, atentos, ofrecen traslado desde el puerto al hotel y desde el hotel al aeropuerto. Se preocupan por que tu estancia sea perfecta, siempre con una sonrisa y te ayudan con absolutamente todo lo que necesites. Ofrecen alquiler de moto. Desayuno muy bueno!

Pros:

El personal es lo mejor de Kuta en Lombok, muy amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien, y la ubicación también.

Everything, and the staff that works there is so cool, friendly, gentle and respectful. They are 11 out of 10!

Cons:

There is one night that the night shift security was on day off. And couldn't figure out how to get in so I jumped over the gate. The rest was just amazing I will 10000% coming back soon

Beau logement à proximité de tout et personnel très sympa.
Pros:

Chambre de bonne qualité et piscine super agréable. Scooter a louer à très bon prix et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Sejour sous quelques pluies et l’appartement était un peu humide.

Amazing staff that even checked up on me when i wasnt feeling well. The front desk lady is so kind. Place was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and pool was superb. They have everything you need. Best place to stay in Lombok for a great price.

The location is perfect, the staff very caring, welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms (bungalows) are not great, weird smell, the bathroom was quite ugly and without big windows. The room quite dark and not very handy (switch for the lights at random spots, only one plug to charge phones…)

Close to perfect but not cheap.
Pros:

It was close to perfect. The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Nice pool. I appreciated the reasonably priced scooter rental. Very comfortable here for 6 days.

It cost more than I normally like.

Dichtbij leuke restaurants en winkelstraat.

Veel herrie van het verkeer over de langslopende weg.
