A clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere
Pros:

We stayed at La'villaris Hotel & Resto for three nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Kuta Lombok. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
The location is convenient, close enough to the center while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant served good food at fair prices, and breakfast was a great way to start the day.
Overall, La'villaris offers excellent value for money, warm hospitality, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok.

Cons:

One small point for improvement would be housekeeping during longer stays. A change of clean towels after two days would have been appreciated, and a quick cleaning of the private outdoor area would have helped keep everything looking fresh and tidy. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Bon séjour. Je recommande.
Pros:

La proximité avec ma salle de sport LOKA ❤️en plein centre ville, un supermarché juste à côté. La rue est pleine de commerces…. Et de restaurants :
BARA, BUSH CAFE et mon préféré GURU ❤️

Et à 10 minutes de la plage.
Le personnel est hyper accueillant gentil réactif.
Le lit est confortable.
J’ai bien dormi. ( et ça c’est le point le plus important avec la propreté)
Et il y a assez d’espace pour ranger les vêtements.

Dejligt sted, hyggelig atmosfære. Dejlig med pool. Værelset var også meget godt, lidt til den mørke side ift. belysningen

Das Personal war unorganisiert aber freundlich.
Das Bett war gut.
Wenn man etwas vom Personal wollte, wurde es erledigt. Das Beste wäre allerdings, wenn man nichts erbitten müsste, was selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Irgendwie war alles etwas unorganisiert.
Auf Details wird nicht geachtet.
Das Personal schlief abends/nachts in der Rezeption. > Lange Schichten/lohnt sich nicht nach Hause zu fahren?

Leider sehr Mangelhaft… ich würde es nicht wieder empfehlen.
Pros:

wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und die Mängel die wir hatten( wir waren 4 Personen in 3 Zimmern) wurden relativ zügig behoben.

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber, weder das Bad, Toilette etc noch die Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Wir waren sehr überrascht, da das Hotel sehr gute Bewertungen hatte aber es gab jeden Tag etwas neues zu bemängeln. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend von grund auf geputzt werden

Pros:

De locatie is goed, aan de hoofdstraat.

Cons:

Mijn kamer was niet schoon, veel schimmel, haren in bed en op de grond, vlekken in het beddengoed. Ik heb ervoor gekozen hier niet te slapen en zou het ooo afraden om te boeken. Toen ik wegging, moest ik eerst 10 minuten wachten, uiteindelijk bleek de jongen achter de receptie liggen te slapen en het enige wat hij kon zeggen was sorry. Geen opties geboden niks.

Pros:

Unterkunft ist sehr süß und schön, besonders der Pool. Auch das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der vielen Restaurants, aber in etwa 15 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar – dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfunden haben (ansonsten nämlich ziemlich laut in Kuta)

Cons:

Sauberkeit: Sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Bettlaken waren nicht sauber. Wir haben zwar neue Handtücher bekommen, diese waren jedoch ebenfalls verschmutzt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das an der Waschmaschine liegt, was dennoch enttäuschend war. Zudem hört man von früh bis spät einen Hahn sehr laut, weshalb Ohrstöpsel für mich absolut Pflicht waren. Leider gab es auch keinen Föhn. Für zwei Nächte war es insgesamt in Ordnung.

Aanrader voor heerlijk verblijf in Kuta!
Pros:

We hadden de ruimste kamer, deze overtrof de verwachtingen. Heerlijk zwembad, ontbijt etc. bij aangelegen café lekker en veel keus. Ligging was top, niet in de drukte maar wel goed op loopafstand. Personeel was aardig!
