The staff were very friendly and available at all times at the ring of a bell. They kindly offered us advice about what beaches to visit and had scooters available to rent at a reasonable price. Whilst we had rented a scooter separately, they promptly offered to rent us an additional helmet when this was missing. They were overall very responsive to requests to clean the room and change sheets and towels. As well as this the value for money is great considering the perfectly placed location along the main Kuta road.
Whilst the central location is ideal to get around, it meant we were consistently kept awake by loud traffic at all times, loud airport-like announcements nearby and loud wildlife (surprisingly noisy geckos). As well as this, we were met with dirty and stained sheets at our arrival that we had to request to be changed. They were subsequently changed to a disappointingly equally stained set of sheets. The lack of cleanliness was consistent across old looking towels and moldy patches in the badly maintained bathroom. Overall, we felt quite mislead by the pictures we saw but equally understand that our expectations may have been too high for the budget price point.
J’ai payé en ligne sur Booking ma réservation, une fois sur place ils m’ont fait repayer ma réservation en me disant que ce que j’avais payé allait m’être renvoyé et ne servait que de garanties/caution. A ce jour et presque 1 mois après, je n’ai toujours rien reçu sur mon compte en banque.

Le personnel est très réactif, l’emplacement est pratique car à proximité de tout (quoique bruyant)
Certains éléments (rideaux de douche et porte) ne sont pas très propres. Selon la chambre la prestation est assez différente : la chalbre 1 est très bruyante et la climatisation marchait mal. Nous avons changé et la nouvelle était nettement supérieure

The amenities were a little outdated in comparisons to the photos. The pool was a bit sandy and the cleanliness of the place could be improved. It didn’t feel dirty but some details would make a big difference.

Es una pena que con el hotel tan bonito que podria ser este tan dejado.
Las habitaciones estan llenas de polvo y del lavabo mejor ni hablar. La cortina de la ducha estaba increíblemente sucia. Las hamacas de de la piscina estaban llenas de suciedad y el fondo de la piscina necesita una limpieza heavy. No nos dejaron pagar con tarjeta, solo nos dieron la opcion de pagar x transferencia haciendo que nos subiera el importe 18€.

Ich hatte das Zimmer in der oberen Etage was wirklich toll war :)
Das Essen im La Fama war ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich gut.
Die Lage ist perfekt - etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums also weniger Verkehr. Man konnte zu Fuss dennoch alles problemlos erkunden in Kuta.
