I spent only one night here, but I would certainly stayed longer if my flight wasn't the next day. The staff was very friendly and the room and bathroom was clean.
Staff were helpful when we cancelled our stay after the first night and let us leave. We just had to pay for the night we stayed there, which was the cancellation fee.
When we arrived, the room had a strong perfume smell. That was already a red flag. Things became more apparent when we woke up the next morning and felt unwell. The perfume smell had worn off and it was extremely musty. Going outside and then back in, we could feel a wave of moisture hit us, followed by an overwhelming smell. The entire room, not just the bathroom, was extremely damp. We could see black mold and realized we didn't feel safe. We asked if there was another room, perhaps upstairs where it was less damp, but the rooms were all booked out. We decided to leave and book a new place. Unfortunately there were no rooms available last minute at a similar price range so had to leave Kuta completely. It might just be that room or a few rooms on the bottom floor that are in that state, but we didn't think they should be in use based on their current condition.

Había un olor muy fuerte a cloaca en el baño pero era un problema general del baño, no del departamento. El personal muy amable nos compró perfume para tirar. Al lado de la cama habían hormigas muertas.

Very friendly staff. The location is super easy to get to the main road with all the restaurants and bars. Easy to rent a scooter from reception.
Everything needs a revamp. All furniture is old and dusty. The sheets are an off white. The toilet is very old and a strange blue light in both rooms gives it an eerie feelings but for the price fine for one night.
The atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent value for money.

El baño tenía un olor a cloacas nauseabundo, no me dieron papel higiénico, el wifi andaba pésimo y al lado hay una obra en construcción

Sadly this place was the worst experience of my whole trip. The room had mould everywhere, especially in the bathroom and the room in general was very dirty. It smelled so bad, when the staff showed me the room, he sprayed air freshener, so they knew about the smell. The AC didn’t work and there were mosquitoes everywhere. I booked 3 nights but after one night I had to leave because I was feeling sick because of the smell and the conditions of the room. After reading the reviews, I think it’s only one room in that condition, so they shouldn’t offer it anymore.

Great location, nice friendly staff, comfy bed, great water pressure, no frills room but great for the price. Big fridge/freezer. Loved the outside space. Pool was a huge bonus 😍
