Breathaking view, rooms are outstanding. Just minimalist but tasteful. I love the design of this hotel. I travel solo as a middle aged woman, but i feel really safe and i dont feel lonely. The staffs are so warm and helpful and you don't feel the cold, intimidating vibes like you are in most 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. It feels easy and comfy, yet luxury. It is my top 5 best luxury hotel in Indonesia.

Super convenient location pre liveaboard. Good on site restaurant and views. Welcome drink and included non Alcohol mini bar was nice. Great view from room
Upper pool looked cloudy so we didn’t swim - disappointing given the lovely view. Welcome free foot massage for one person on a 2 person booking is a bit scammy pushing you to pay for a second.

I took one of the water bottles from the room downstairs during sunset and left it on a table in the lobby. The other bottle, I’m not sure. I may have put it in the trash bin by accident. It was not clear that they were to remain in the room.
A woman chased down our airport shuttle and insisted that I pay for 2 bottles. Crazy. The tag on the bottles says “Complimentary”. If only the liquid is complimentary, please explain clearly so there is no confusion.
After my massage in the spa, a lady from the front desk asked me to scan a QR code to write a review.
She then took my phone, wrote a review in horrible English, and submitted it without asking my permission.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert.
Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das Abendbuffet mit Live-Musik. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Da ich keinen Fisch esse, hat das Küchenteam am zweiten Abend sogar extra frische Beef- und Chicken-Spieße für mich zubereitet. Diese persönliche Aufmerksamkeit und der tolle Service haben uns besonders beeindruckt und gezeigt, wie sehr hier auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I forgot my power bank and didnt realise until halfway to the airport, the shuttle driver brought it back to me with his next guest transfer straight away.
Breakfast buffet is huge

My difficult friend was bragging about his birthday and the staff brought him out cake with big smiles even though my friend was being super annoying to them they handled it like champions.

Had a nasty dive accident the day I arrived and needed to be somewhere comfortable and calm after, so glad I picked this hotel. Perfect place to recover.
I needed to pack my buffet lunch in to a container and the guy said to choose and he would put it in a container which was kinda inconvenient in a hurry, like it would've just been really simple to give me the little container but was all good.

The star attraction is the roof level restaurant with infinity pool. The food was excellent and the views and sunsets are spectacular.
The gym is very basic and needs to be better maintained/cleaned.

A for effort, but a D for execution. This hotel could be gorgeous but it is very run down and not maintained. So many things were missing. Multiple items broken in the room including leaking plumbing.
Only an old towel per person, bathroom was not clean.
Overall it does not look like the pictures and is absolutely not worth the price - for almost the same price you can get a true 5 star resort close by.
