Simpatia e eficiência dos funcionários. Qualidade dos alimentos.

Cons:

Preço elevado para cama extra para criança de 13 anos. Ficamos num quarto voltado para a cidade, o som da Mesquita pode ser evitado com um tampão auricular. Tenho sono leve e não me atrapalhou!

Struttura nuova in ottima posizione. Colazione favolosa.
Pros:

Struttura nuovissima. Camera moderna e ben arredata. Bellissima la zona terrazza dive si fa colazione o si può sorseggiare un aperitivo con tramonto vista baia.
Colazione a buffet molto buona e varia. Ottima la spa con affaccio sulla baia. Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Procedura check in lenta.
Camera che affacciava su cortile interno ( consiglio quelle vista mare) ma soprattutto sulla moschea (infatti l'hotel offre i tappi per le orecchie per non essere svegliati dal muezzin)
Piscina sul tetto molto piccola e con pochissimi lettini (4)

Lovely staff, but an exhausting room-cycling experience for families
Pros:

The frontline hotel staff is incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely tried to assist us throughout our stay. Their attitude and courtesy were wonderful despite the management and structural issues.

Cons:

We booked 6 months in advance with two toddlers (3 and 1.5 years old) and had to change rooms 3 times in less than 24 hours. Room 1 was right under a restaurant with a live band until 21:00 and directly facing the mosque, waking our kids at 04:00 AM due to poor acoustic sealing. The shower water was not hot enough, and a window was missing a curtain, so staff taped a cloth over it. Room 2 had a strong damp odor and visible black mold on the back of the curtains, a serious health hazard for toddlers. Room 3 was still facing the exact same mosque side. Staff admitted we are not the first guests to complain about these issues. In a 6-floor hotel, it is baffling why management continues checking families into these known problematic rooms. Additionally, hotel taxis are overpriced at 150,000 IDR for a 5-minute drive (compared to 70,000 IDR from the airport). Moving 3 times with young children just to get sleep was exhausting, and no financial refund was offered for this severe inconvenience.

Un hôtel haut-de-gamme avec une magnifique vue
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé face à la Marina d’où partent les bateaux pour le parc de Komodo.
Les chambres sont confortables comme dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Très bon buffet au dîner le soir avec vue sur la Marina
Personnel, très sympathique et accueillant.

Cons:

C’est un peu le revers de la médaille pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, cela manque d’un petit peu de chaleur et d’authenticité.
On entend un peu les clients dans les chambres voisines

Cons:

I have to wait for 3 hours for the room to be ready. I only get to enter the room at 6 pm. At first they offer a 15 mins massage and later upgraded to 30 mins. But still have to wait for the massage time later, not during the 3 hours wait.

It was a pleasant stay for us; the staff were excellent and the location was great.
Pros:

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, staff were excellent. Everything worked as expected.

Cons:

We were not told that we had been given a "disability access". The toilet, sink and shower were not very suitable for us. We had earlier been informed that we could have adjoining rooms, but when we checked in, were told that this was not available for the room type we booked.

Very convenient location with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel interesante para pasar una noche de transición en la zona con buena piscina en la azotea.
Pros:

Era espacioso, instalaciones modernas y bien situado.

Cons:

Mucho tiempo para hacer el check in en recepción y que se estropeó la llave de acceso a la habitación y tardaron un rato en arreglarlo.

Decent hotel if you’re on transit
Pros:

Well located and probably the nicest hotel on the waterfront.

Cons:

Check in time was 3pm and we waited till 430pm before our room was ready. Not enough deck chairs by the pool so we couldn’t even lounge by the pool while waiting for room to be ready.
