El spa natural es lo mejor, la cama era cómoda.
Que hay demasiado olor a humedad en las cabañas eso no es saludable, la poca atención con la limpieza, las almohadas y colchas no estaban completamente limpias, la ducha todavía estaba mojada de que alguien la había utilizado, la limpieza de las cabañas si deja que desear para lo que cobran.
Was a little hesitant to travel to Michoacan but after arriving found it to be very nice and the employees and service were top notch. I would highly recommend this place and area. It's a beautiful area of Mexico.
They had three thermal pools. One was way too hot. one was too cold. and the middle wasn't really warm enough. the heater in the room wouldn't stay on and it was gas

The cabins smell and have mold of humidity and they are not clean, specially the bathroom

La vista es hermosa, mucha vegetación y hace frío, recomiendo ir abrigados
Está al lado de la carretera pero pasan pocos coches, en general fue silencioso

El lugar es precioso, tal y como en las fotos, no pueden perderse el temazcal, baño de lodo y oasis es genial bañarse en el cráter es una experiencia genial, su personal en especial en inge cristian un trato excepcional se super recomienda
El olor a humedad de la cabaña es demasiado fuerte huele mal, para mi que soy sensible es muy pero muy desagradable, el precio-calidad del restaurante esta muy alto para el sabor y te cobran la propina en la cuenta sin mencionarlo
La privacidad, tranquilidad del lugar y lo cerca que está de la naturaleza.
Lo único que no me gustó fue la falta del restaurante en los días de semana, creo que batas para los huéspedes serían muy cómodas y secador de cabello.

El personal es muy amable y nos orientó en todo momento. Las cabañas estan muy limpias y tienen una disposición que te permite disfrutar la vista sin perder la privacidad, como estar solo en medio de la naturaleza. En la noche cuando empieza a hacer frío pasaba ascender la chimenea y se vuelve de lo mas reconfortante. Nos desconectamos completamente y disfrutabas hasta los momentos de lluvia en la cabaña. Cuando no llovía salíamos a las aguas termales, sentarnos en las distintas áreas adecuadas para disfrutar la naturaleza o íbamos por un delicioso masaje. Muy recomendado, llevamos un perrito bien educado y se la pasó muy bien también
Entre semana no está abierto el restaurante. Nos quedamos con ganas de conocerlo, tiene muy buenas recomendaciones. Hay opciones a pocos minutos en auto, pero hubiera sido ideal poder desayunar o cenar también aquí
