Style and size
No hot water, no staff, literally no one but a doorman who can’t help with anything
Solo me quedé una noche. La habitación estaba más pequeña de lo que vi en las fotos (booking) pero como solo era yo la verdad fue más que suficiente. No utilicé la cocineta ya que me quedé una sola noche pero si noté que no había con que usar los fogones, solo había cubiertos, platos y vasos; al inicio pensé que el mini refrigerador no servía porque no estaba frío pero solo había que ajustar la manija del interior para que empezara a enfriar y funcionó perfecto. La cama se me hizo super cómoda y las almohadas muy ricas. Si hacia calor dentro de la habitación pero a menos de que quieras que esté igual de frío que un oxxo en verano no pasarás calor con la unidad de aire que tienen, yo incluso la llegué a apagar porque si enfriaba, lo que si es que es muy ruidosa también si estaba un poco oscura pero tiene muchísimas luces que puedes encender entonces tampoco le vi problema en ese aspecto. Al entrar al baño por primera vez si tenía un olor como a caño pero fue desapareciendo a lo largo de mi estancia, quizás no habían utilizado la habitación por un tiempo pero no tuve problema, la regadera tenía muy buena presión y el agua estaba caliente.
La ubicación es más que excelente, la línea del metrobus queda a menos de una cuadra, igual la del metro, hay muchos restaurantes cerca, una farmacia a la vuelta de la esquina y en ningún momento te sientes inseguro, incluso en la noche se siente la tranquilidad de la zona y nunca tardaron en abrirme la puerta para ingresar al hotel.
Mandé mensaje antes de reservar para ver si proporcionaban factura y si lo hacían, me dijeron que quedaba el mismo día del check-out pero tardó otros dos días más, no tuve mucho inconveniente con esto pero si es algo clave para ti sería bueno considerarlo antes.
Los aspectos a mejorar fueron que primero la televisión no la pude usar porque el control no agarraba bien pero tampoco la necesité mucho debido a mi corta estancia; si había cabellos en la regadera cuando llegué pero estaban ocultos en una esquina y hasta después me di cuenta, también el desagüe de la regadera no funcionaba muy bien por lo que se acumulaba mucho el agua y no cerraba bien el cancel por lo que se salía al resto del baño. Llovió muy fuerte en la noche y se inundó en la entrada del hotel aunque no hubo mucho problema porque habilitaron una segunda entrada y como a la hora ya había bajado el agua. Por lo mismo de la lluvia se fue la luz y no funcionó el elevador en la tarde-noche que me fui. Si se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y el pasillo pero no es mucho problema si no eres quisquilloso, yo dormí muy bien pero en la mañana si se escuchaban mucho las maletas de rueditas que movían en la habitación sobre la mía.
El check inn es súper rápido. La habitación muy linda y cómoda. La cama cómoda.

i feel like im dormitory students. never seen aribnb/ hotel which doesnt give u main door key . (it is always locked)

2. no proper wifi. there is wifi but not working well. not enough for working. i had to go cafe everytime i have to work. webserfing u can even th it is super slow, but if u need consist connection. its not working
3. 3rd day. i had no electricity
4. 4th day, i had no lift on 5th floor
5. check out day. i asked for luggage help as lift is broken and i was at 5th floor but staff refused to help

The room felt claustrophobic, with no proper ventilation and little fresh air. The room i booked had different images. I couldn’t get a refund. Unfortunately, the reception manager was also rude and dismissive, which made the overall experience even worse.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación porque estaba demasiado cerca del metro y eso facilitó mucho la movilidad. En cuanto a la habitación, me agradó que tuviera cocineta y algunos utensilios; poder regular la temperatura del cuarto sin que el aire acondicionado fuera muy ruidoso y que no se escuchaban ruidos del exterior. La cama estaba muy confortable. La habitación en si fue muy cómoda y limpia.
Al personal le falta mayor amabilidad, no son groseros pero sí les hace falta transmitir hospitalidad. En la cocineta falta colocar algún utensilio para calentar sobre la parrilla eléctrica. Una cuestión menor que yo agregaría sería la identificación del lugar, porque la fachada no tiene algo que diga "Casa Nou", solo tiene el número y como la puerta de acceso siempre estuvo cerrada durante mi estancia, cuando llegas, no sabes si ahí es el lugar o uno está solicitando el acceso al sitio equivocado.

Very clean and abundant hot water. Modern design.
Poor lighting. One felt as though one was in the twilight zone. Great for meditation, not so good for reading. LED lights are sleep disruptive. Please return to incandescent lighting. The room was very small, but adequate. Drinking water can be acquired down the street as only two small bottles are complimentary.
La habitación es exactamente como se muestra en las imágenes; incluso me atrevería a decir que luce mejor en persona. Es muy espaciosa, cómoda y cumple completamente con lo prometido.
La ubicación muy buena
Lamentablemente la limpieza estuvo muy mal. Basura en la cocina de huéspedes anteriores, ducha tapada, y la cama y almohadas muy duras.
