Es un espacio cómodo.
El recepcionista fue muy amable conmigo.

Lamentablemente, si abres las ventanas de la habitación, la vista es a otras ventanas o a otros pasillos. Y los demás huespedes te verán fácilmente.
Es complicado tener un lugar perfecto. Puedes abrirlas si te gusta que te vean 😏 y cerrarlas si no🤭

SOLO OBSERVACIONES EL BAÑO NECESITA MAS VENTILACION O UNA CORTINA PORQ SI ABRES LA VENTANA TODO SE VE, Y OTRA UN AIRE ACONDICIONADO.
La ubicación está superbien, queda cerca el Metro Chilpancingo que conecta con varias líneas. Aunque bien la calle está un poco oscura, pasan muchos autos.
Las almohadas son muy cómodas.
La habitación es pequeña, pero cumple para 2 personas. El baño es súper amplio y la regadera cae bien el agua. Sin problema con agua caliente.
¡Hay demasiado ruido! Cada que alguien hace uso de la toma de agua (lavarse las manos o ducharse o jalarle al wc) suena como si hubiera una lavadora, suponemos que es una bomba, así que al ser un edificio ¡se oye todo el tiempo! ni con tapones se reduce porque tambien hay vibración. Nos tocó en la habitación 304.
Igualmente, se oye todo, escuchamos a una señora peleándose por teléfono, gemidos al otro día y unas chicas con su música en el celular.
La habitación, la distribución del lugar se siente bastante orgánica. El espacio es pequeño, sin embargo, debido a la organización del espacio se siente espacioso y acogedor
Aunque no es algo común, tal vez que tuvieran un par de trastes más. Eso te permitiría prepararte una cena o desayuno

部屋も清潔でとても良かったです。
強いて言うのであれば、隣か上の階の人のインターホンの音が結構聞こえるので気になる人は気になるかもしれません。でも騒音というほどではありません。
The rooms where a decent size with the kitchen area being a bonus, and a nice big comfy bed. The bathroom was also decent. The rooms were cleaned every day.
The lighting in the room was very dark and we didn't have a lot of natural light. It was also quite noisy with some kind of pump going on and off during the night.

It s pretty calm, location is nice 5mn from subway
The staff were very rude, the old woman that does reception, the cleaning staff that entered my room without my consent. That was really bad, I told the reception she said she can't do anything, that maybe she thought I was not there ( I didn not have the note on the door handle which say you can enter if not here)
She said she does what she wants. That she s not responsible for the cleaning staff and I shouldn't come to talk to her about it. I asked for information to talk to someone from the hotel she refused to give me any informations. She told me to leave the next day but I didn't as I had a reservation and I paid for it. And she couldn't cancel mine I guess she was hoping I d take her word for it and leave. Anyway, avoid this place, it s too bad because it had great potential. Be careful of the cleaning team.
La ubicación y en general el lugar está super bien, la recamara acogedora, aunque la ventana da hacia adentro y no tiene bisel entonces te ven todos los que pasa.
Para entrar hay que tocar y una noche el chico que abre se quedó dormido, estuvimos 3 personas afuera mas de 20 minutos tocando por la hora era peligroso, ni por teléfono nos contestaban.
Y ni siquiera una disculpa ni nada.
