Freelance place, excellent location
Pros:

Its location, its staff, its room, its facilities, its feel. It is on a great neighborhood, a couple blocks away from the metro station Chilpancingo, around the corner from restaurants, pharmacies, Parque México and its beautiful tree lined walkways as well as across from Roma Sur.

I spent 5 nights there, went to Pueblka for another 5 days and am returning to Casa Nou for the last 4 days of my journey.

Cons:

Perhaps a bit noiser in the morning than I would have liked, though not a deal breaker. Perhaps it was the location of my room facing Culiacán street, though I can't complain much. I am staying there again, and will do so even in "my" old room.

El clima (es un enfriador portatil) hace mucho ruido, opte por usar mejor el ventilador
