El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y accesibilidad, está muy cerca del Zócalo y Bellas Artes, si bien la calle del hotel esta algo sola, hay muchos negocios a los arededores. La habitación es de buen tamaño para 3 personas, sólo agregaría percheros o un espacio para poder colgar ganchos.

Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de la srta. Yezenia en recepción, es una persona muy amable y da muy buenas recomendaciones e instrucciones, y como el motivo del viaje fue ir al concierto de BTS, nos ofrecieron traslado hotel-concierto-hotel por un costo adicional, mismo que nos ayudó bastante con el caos del tráfico y el desconocer como se mueve en CDMX

Cons:

Mejoraría las almohadas, si bien las camas son cómodas, las almohadas con demasiado grandes y rígidas y nadie pudo dormir con ellas, también me hubiera gustado mayor ventilación, sólo hay un abanico de techo y la primera noche casi no pudimos dormir porque hacía demasiado calor, las siguientes noches no subió tanto la temperatura pero creo que un sólo abanico de techo no da abasto a lo grande de la habitación.

También, a pesar de que el hotel es muy limpio por las noches salían muchos cucarachos pequeñitos en el baño, por lo que cada que usábamos algo había que guardarlo para que no se subieran en nuestras cosas, como menciono, el hotel se veía muy limpio y no olía mal, así que pienso que eso se puede solucionar sellando bien los drenajes y desagües

sí volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel por céntrico, no tengo problemas.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, totalmente céntrico y punto de partida hacia cualquier dirección de la ciudad (principalmente zona centro), la habitación confortante, con todos los servicios ofrecidos por el hotel, haciendo énfasis sobre el uso correcto del agua, y eso me gustó. (yo supongo que hacen ese énfasis, porque les ha tocado huéspedes que han hecho uso incorrecto del agua, o que gastan más)

Cons:

¿Qué no me gustó? fui a hospedarme a principios de mayo, y tuve que requerir abrir la ventana del cuarto por el calor, pero si el hotel no tiene planes a futuro poner climas, sí me gustaría que en las ventanas pongan protección/mosquitero, ya que al abrir la ventana, entraron unos zancudos, pero de ahí en fuera, no hubo afección.
