El trato del personal de recepción, son prepotentes y groceras para responder las preguntas, me he hospedado en martes y en miércoles y ambas personas tienen mal trato, deberían invertir en un taller de trato al cliente, por respeto (que quizá no merecen) no las he grabado para adjuntar a estás evaluaciones.
