Pros:

Schönes und komfortables Zimmer mit mehreren Fenstern und Blick über den Bodensee in einem schönen älteren Haus, über einem italienischen Eiscafé (mit übrigens sehr gutem Eis). Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt: Das nächste Mal wieder hier. ;-)

Prachtig uitzicht,slecht geslapen

Verpletterend mooi uitzicht!

Cons:

Ik sliep in kamer 6; 3 hoog(zonder lift),veel geluiden van de koelkast en de boulevard.Wifi deed het boven niet.

vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man den Tag unterwegs ist und zum Übernachten zurück kehrt.
Pros:

Uriges Haus direkt am See mit Badezugang. Ventilator, Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee vorhanden. Überlingen bietet günstige Parkplätze an, jedoch 1,4km und nur nur bergauf (oder bergab).

Cons:

Etwas eng, durch die Dachschräge bedingt. Die Überlinger Verkehrsführung macht es problematisch, mit dem Auto vor den Eingang zum Be-/Entladen zu halten.

Es war sehr schön und man ist direkt an der Promenade
Pros:

Lage super, Zimmer relativ alt, Fliesen im Bad Alt, aber eine fantastische Aussicht. Personal ( Kellner in der Eisdiele) sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber eher alt. Trotzdem ein Einmalige Ambiente. Lage direkt in der Fussgängerzone. Bei der Ankunft schwierig da man erst das Parkhaus suchen muss und dann 500m mit Koffern laufen muss.

Cons:

Schwierige Anreise, da zuvor keine Information dazu.

Great energy, happy vibes, peaceful feelings
Pros:

The aesthetics match the surroundings as they should and there is such a cozy authenticity to the old days and a more simple beautiful time.

Cons:

The shower curtain situation needs some work but very much not a big deal…I also didn’t like when we had to leave and go home.

Wunderbare Erholung mit schönstem Blick auf den See!
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel in Toplage am See! Wunderbarer Blick aus dem Fenster... Sehr schöne Frühstücksauswahl und große Terrasse direkt an der Seepromenade. Ich komme gerne wieder!!

Das Hotel besticht durch seine absolut fantastische Lage direkt an der Flaniermeile und unmittelbar am See. Die Aussicht durch die großen Fenster auf das Wasser war einfach einmalig!

​Das Gebäude selbst ist schon älter. Mein Zimmer lag im 2. Stock, den man nur über eine sehr steile Treppe ohne Aufzug erreicht – das sollte man beim Gepäck einplanen. Von der Größe her war das Zimmer absolut okay. Die Möbel sind zwar schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Matratze war neu und superbequem, sodass ich bestens geschlafen habe. Trotz der zentralen Lage direkt an der Promenade war es im Zimmer wunderbar ruhig.

Cons:

2. STOCK ohne Aufzug. Jedoch war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit u hat mein Gepäck raufgetragen

Altes Haus mit viel Charme, Zimmer über der Eisdiele und direkt an der Promenade.
Pros:

Top Lage an der Promenade, man sollte Trubel aber schon mögen. Das Zimmer Nr. 1 ist groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Bett ist sehr gut, Schrank auch nicht klein. Das alte Haus hat wirklich Charme und am Ende ist es trotz mancher kleiner Cons fast ein kleiner Geheimtipp.

Cons:

Es ist über der Eisdiele, die Restaurationen auf der Promenade sind zwar spätestens 24:00 Uhr geschlossen, aber Passanten feiern u.U. noch weiter oder setzen sich dort einfach keck hin und palavern munter drauflos. Am Ende aber kein Problem für uns gewesen, man sollte nur nicht zu früh ins Bett fallen wollen.
Der Stand-Ventilator war teilweise defekt, blies nicht mehr auf langsamen Stufen und die Schwenck-Funktion war kaputt. Da 33 Grad am Tag und in der Nacht auch nur kurz auf 20, war das daher tatsächlich ein Handicap. Zi. Nr. 1 hat die Lüfteranlage im Nebenraum angrenzend, die ständig läuft und klingt wie ein sich nähernden Hubschrauber von weit weg. Wenn man die Türen zum Eingang schließt hört man es weniger bis gar nicht, wenn man sie aber offen lassen muss, weil zu warm im Bad sonst, ist man ggf. gestört / irritiert. Wir haben uns aber schon nach einem Tag daran gewöhnt, die Lage hat es voll ausgeglichen und das alte Haus hat wirklich Charme.
Ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad wäre schön gewesen und die Dusche ist die Badewanne und ohne Einstiegsgriffe.

Geniale Aussicht hat ihren Preis

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Der Schlüssel muss im Eiscafé geholt werden, (die sind allerdings sehr nett!) frühstücken muss man außer Haus

Wonderful location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect and we could see the lake from our bedroom window. Staff were friendly and helpful and you get discounted parking at the nearby car park which was easy to sort out. Whilst there isn’t air con there was a fan which was really helpful.
It wasn’t a huge problem for us but there isn’t a lift so you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs which are quite steep (although a member of staff did offer to help us!)

Cons:

There was a runner missing off the shower cubicle door in our room which again, didn’t cause us a problem but has potential to cause an accident if it’s not repaired.
