Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg vom Elbkai, wo die Wanderbusse abfahren, mit denen man zu diversen Ausgangspunkten für Wanderungen fahren kann. Das Zimmer war groß. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Prijazen lastnik. Dober zajtrk. Brezplačno parkirišče. Odlična lokacija za obisk centra. V bližini je avtobusna postaja iz katere lahko potujete v vse bližnje kraje in je odlično izhodišče za pohodništvo. V nastanitvi sva dobila kartice gost s katerimi imate vse prevoze brezplačne. Ob nastanitvi je tudi bazen, ki je v času vročine zelo dobrodošel.

Gute Unterkunft! Preis/Leistung passt!
Pros:

Kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Sauber und ordentlich! Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Inhaber.

Cons:

Einige leichte Gebrauchsspuren im Bad, nicht schwerwiegend. Der Lärm durch die Lage an der Bundesstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dazu auf der anderen Elbseite die Geräusche der ständigen Bewegungen auf der naheliegenden Bahnstrecke. Güterzüge in beiden Richtungen im viertelstündigen Takt. Betrifft aber alle Hotels und Unterkünfte im Ort. Nicht mindernd für unser Hotel allein. Aber man ist ja Tags unterwegs!

Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Besonders schöne war der kleine Park mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, direkt an der Elbpromenade gelegen. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht ganz im Zentrum von Bad Schandau, aber Geschäfte, Therme, Nationalparkzentrum, Kurpark Restaurants, Busstation, Fähre erreicht man zu Fuss in maximal 10 Minuten - praktisch für Leute wie uns, die ohne fahrbaren Untersatz unterwegs sind.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht sehr gross, aber sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker!
Der Besitzer ist unkompliziert und hilfsbereit
