Sentimos em casa.
Pros:

Da Maribel e do café da manhã. Nos sentimos em casa com o calor humano da Maribel. A cama da habitação 1 eh sensacional! Ótima para um dos últimos dias do Tour du Mont Blanc. O café da manhã pode parecer caro, mas pelo o que entrega (na Suíça, leia-se) eh demais! Jantamos na propriedade e a comida eh excelente. Eu, sinceramente, não gosto de ficar em hotéis, mas nesse eu realmente me senti em cada. Obrigado por tudo Maribel, você nos fez sentir-se em casa. A propósito, para quem está fazendo o Tour du Mont Blanc, existe um transfer da propriedade.

I feel comfort at this hotel. It is at good location.

Do not go! Rude owner Maribel

Very disappointing experience — poor customer service and poor value

From check-in to check-out, the customer service from the owner, Maribel, was very poor. She was consistently rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming, which made the entire stay unpleasant.

The breakfast situation was particularly frustrating. The night before, we declined breakfast when asked. The following morning, I went to Maribel and asked whether we could still have breakfast. She said yes and specifically explained that it included coffee, croissants, a fruit bowl, and a yogurt/granola bowl. Based on what she told us, we decided to have breakfast.

When we returned, however, we were served only an omelette, a piece of bread, and coffee, while still being charged the full CHF 15 per person. When we asked about the missing items, she said we should have ordered breakfast the night before and essentially dismissed the issue. I reminded her that I had specifically asked that morning and that she had told me we could still have breakfast and described what was included. Rather than acknowledging what she had told us, she was extremely rude and acted as though we were in the wrong.

The room was also a poor value. It was approximately 40 feet from the railroad tracks. Trains continued until around 9:20 p.m. and started again around 5:30 a.m. There was no air conditioning and no fan, despite the room costing approximately US$200 per night.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. The combination of consistently poor customer service, the breakfast issue, the significant train noise, and the lack of basic amenities made this a very poor value.

I would not recommend Les Touristes and would not stay here again.

Or stay was perfect. Maribel is amazing, as nice and attentive as can be, always with a warm smile. The chef prepared us an excellent dinner and an amazing and delicious breakfast. They cater to vegetarians and vegans too.
Beds were very comfortable, we slept very well.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the hiking routes but they gave us rides from and back to the trail head for a nominal fee, much more convenient and faster than the bus.

Bijzondere locatie op bijzondere plek, maar wel een pareltje
Pros:

Voortreffelijke locatie voor de TMB i.p.v. Trient. Vlak naast trein, shuttleservice vanuit hotel voor de volgende ochtend naar Peuty, goed eten en beste ontbijt tijdens de TMB. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und vor der Zimmer hatten wir einen kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühle mit Blick auf den Bahnsteig. Der Mont-Blanc Expess nach Chamonix fährt ab und zu vorbei, aber das letzte Mal so gegen 21.00 Uhr. Die Nacht sehr ruhig. Abendessen mit gemischtem Salat und Pizza waren klasse, genau so wie das Frühstück. Hier übernachte (und esse) ich gerne wieder.
