Excellent location with a large public parking nearby. Very quiet despite location, but it was Wednesday. Great communication.
Narrow and steep stairs may not be suited for everyone.

It’s within the city center. Closed to the garden and to the cathedral. Room is clean no doubt about it. Good for the price.
A little bit tricky to find because their sign is not that obvious, we asked the restaurant beside them and we are lucky that the waitress has experienced the same situation like us and was able to help.
A small foldable table would help as well, to eat our take aways. But overall, 9/10👍🏻
I am trying to contact you regarding our stay proposed stay at the Hugo hotel concept hotel in fact we didn't stay,we had directions sent to us by the manager , on arrival at Canterbury we could not find the property,we spent the best part of two hours driving around the city, we contacted shopkeepers, and other local folk to help and none of them were able to.a manager of a flower shop suggested parking at a public car park and walk around which I am not able to do.eventualy we booked into the premier inn I have texted the manager regarding the situation and he suggested I talk to you, as I requested a refund of all costs we incurred

Good location, modern and clean
You were not allowed to have music or the TV on after 11 yet in-between 2 pubs and noise level was not great
Lovely room in a fabulous location.Very clean and had great facilities.
When we stay again would go for larger room - saying that the room was small, but perfect.

unfortunately there is no space around the bed so you have to climb in from the end. Sadly very thin walls and we could hear every word and the baby next door.

Tolles modernes Zimmer im coolen Design mitten in der Innenstadt es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt das Bad war hervorragend das Bett super komfortabel Fenster musste man allerdings geschlossen halten weil der kneipenlärm rings umher doch ein bisschen lauter war

Room is rather tight for space
The room was very clean, comfortable and even had thoughtful additions of water bottles and ear plugs. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. There was also a quiet AC system which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. Also super impressed with the shower pressure and temperature. The hotel is located in the centre of Canterbury so we could easily walk to many sightseeing attractions and restaurants. Lastly the communication with Ben was excellent. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and we felt well cared for - even with it being a contactless check in!
There was noise (music/chatting) from the establishments below until the early hours of the morning. This wasn't a major issue as we knew when booking, however the bass of the music was quite extreme. As long as you're aware of this in advance, then you'll have no worries when staying at the Hugo!
Extremely well appointed, excellent coffee machine, location is perfect for visiting Canterbury, a very good selection of bars and eating places nearby. Although there is no parking, there are several options only a short walk away.
As two OAPs we found the stairs were a little awkward (especially at the top).
What a wonderful little gem this is. Never noticed it hidden in plain sight on previous trips. It was well set up and had a lovely high end finish.
Enjoyed it so much, we're staying there again in a few weeks time.
