Location was excellent - city centre and walkable from the train station. Tiny apartment - bedroom and bathroom, with coffee machine. Beautifully appointed and clean. Great French patisserie opposite for breakfast
Nothing really other than could do with a glass as well as coffee cups!
Well located in central Canterbury and reasonably priced. Quite a spacious apartment that can easily accommodate 4 people.
The decor was a little tired in parts, and there was some significant street noise at night. The main problem was how hot the flat was. The windows were only able to open a crack, but the place felt like it needed thoroughly airing.

Great central location. Small, but modern with everything you need. Informative host. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Weather was exceptionally hot, but when we arrived, the air conditioning had been switched on and the room was super cool.

My husband thought the room was a little small
Nearly perfect! All new and modern, good quality beds and towels. Buns, coffee and tea were provided. Easy access. Friendly pub "lady luck" in the building, lovely to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere in the street, all attractions very close by. Car parking only 5 minutes walk.
Music from the pub next door went on too long. Windows are to open only 10 centimetres, therefore it was too warm.
Excellent location with a large public parking nearby. Very quiet despite location, but it was Wednesday. Great communication.
Narrow and steep stairs may not be suited for everyone.

It’s within the city center. Closed to the garden and to the cathedral. Room is clean no doubt about it. Good for the price.
A little bit tricky to find because their sign is not that obvious, we asked the restaurant beside them and we are lucky that the waitress has experienced the same situation like us and was able to help.
A small foldable table would help as well, to eat our take aways. But overall, 9/10👍🏻
I am trying to contact you regarding our stay proposed stay at the Hugo hotel concept hotel in fact we didn't stay,we had directions sent to us by the manager , on arrival at Canterbury we could not find the property,we spent the best part of two hours driving around the city, we contacted shopkeepers, and other local folk to help and none of them were able to.a manager of a flower shop suggested parking at a public car park and walk around which I am not able to do.eventualy we booked into the premier inn I have texted the manager regarding the situation and he suggested I talk to you, as I requested a refund of all costs we incurred

Good location, modern and clean
You were not allowed to have music or the TV on after 11 yet in-between 2 pubs and noise level was not great
