Not what I was expecting

Cons:

The room was very small and the walls were paper thin — you could hear neighbors talking and even snoring all night.

Nobody at reception spoke English, which made communication difficult.

I was also shocked to be charged €9 for losing a basic plastic key card. Completely unexpected and excessive for such a simple card.

The overall experience felt disappointing and not very welcoming.
