We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful and clean rooms to the incredibly dedicated and friendly staff. The team was always helpful, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

it was gorgeous, clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very kind.
it is a hard 3PM check in. i asked if they had any rooms available and i was even willing to pay to check in early as i just came off of a 30 hour flight and they were basically telling me to just sit in the lobby until 3PM which at a 5 star hotel is less than ideal. there also were no showers open to all hotel guests which is the entire reason i booked this hotel. i was doing a day tour the next day that was in the jungle and i knew i would want to shower and never in my life have i stayed at a 5 star hotel that didnt have a shower open to everyone. i paid almost 9,000 baht for one night here and they wanted me to pay more to use to upstairs room to take a shower which is open to suite guests only. i am 24 and a solo traveler, i did not need to book a suite nor should i have to at a hotel of this level. the location also isn’t the best and they offer shuttles to the night shows but its one way.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool with heated jacuzzi is also a plus. Upon check in, we were offered a complimentary afternoon tea, and they even gave us a parting gift when we checked out. Love that they have a dedicated halal menu.

Prachtige kamers, heel ruim en met grote badkamer. Fijn zwembad en jacuzzi ook, met bar.
Als ze een spa hadden gehad zou het een 10 zijn maar dat wisten we, dus eigenlijk viel niks tegen!
Schoon, mooi, voldoende faculteiten, vriendelijk personeel, top service.
In het begin een probleem in onze kamer maar dit werd heel goed opgelost. Locatie is op loopafstand van de night market.

Staff are attentive and I can tell they put a lot of effort in make sure the guest have a pleasance stay . The hot tub in the pool is a highlight
The pillow is too soft . And there is no shower facilities on the pool side , I had a late flight and hope to stay near the pool a little longer but can’t since there is no shower room there
The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.
Maybe the location is a bit too far for me to walk

The Club versus Tea versus the Pool bar offerings were a little odd for my Western taste and preferences. It was inconvenient to get a couple beers as part of our package.
Amazing staff, who were always really kind and helpful, amazing breakfast and great facilities and good location to central chiang mai, would definitely come again!!! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!
