They scammed me out of $300.

It was over rated. It feels old, uncomfortable beds, ants and toilet is hard to flush

Booking had a glitch in the system and told me my booking didn’t go through and prompted me to resubmit. Within 5 minutes I got 2 emails for 2 bookings. I immediately called the hotel and they told me to call booking.com. Booking.com told me it was the hotels decision, if they refunded the 2nd booking that was due to booking.coms technical error. Hotel refused to credit me back the money and charged me for 2 rooms. The fact non of this was due to me doing anything wrong and trying to correct it within 5 minutes is mind blowing that they did not do the honorable thing. I do not recommend this hotel or booking.com.

The infrastructure is good. It meets your expectations for a stay. Clean rooms and a nice pool.

Cons:

Playa Panama feels a bit quieter compared to other beaches (vs Playa Hermosa and Playa Coco). If you’re planning to spend more time at the beach and want a bit more vibe, I’d recommend staying somewhere in Playa Hermosa.

Gorgeous property close proximity to Liberia airport.
Pros:

Beautiful property and close proximity to Liberia airport. We left too soon to stay up for the fire pits or have the breakfast, unfortunately. If we return, we will stay here again and plan for more time here.

The property was beautiful! Everything was well maintained and it was so quiet and peaceful. The beach it backed was great a short walk from the resort. The pool was great and had nice chairs surrounding it.

Cons:

The beach directly out from the resort was a bit rocky, but it wasn’t a big deal as the beach was super nice with soft sand just a five minute walk down the beach.

Wonderful property. Loved our stay!
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful! The rooms are extremely comfortable. The pool is huge and fun to swim in. Fabulous buffet breakfast included.

Cons:

The beach is rocky and not the best part of the resort.
