The location was excellent for the train station. The room was basic but comfortable, clean and perfect for a 1 night stay. Staff were lovely and couldn't be happier to help with questions. Breakfast was varied but excellent. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Copenhagen.

Friendly efficient staff, comfortable room, great location for transport links. Free glass of wine daily was very pleasant, as was the coffee machine in the lobby. We felt very well looked after.
Cooked breakfast food less appealing than rest of breakfast, bacon hard.
Glass shelf in bedroom above kettle, partner hit head on this shelf several times.

Coffee at breakfast could be stronger - a bit weak but I’m being very picky as this hotel is superb !
