We loved the hotel, but better to go out to a bakery for breakfast
Pros:

Room, location, and service were all excellent

Cons:

The breakfast. Was not very good, and expensive. If you wanted decent coffee you had to pay extra. The fruit salad was really not good either.

Proche de tout, vraiment incroyable !
Pros:

La proximité avec tout. L'hôtel est proche d'un arrêt de métro, d'un arrêt de bateau et à 10min à pied du centre de Copenhague.
La literie était incroyable, le personnel très amical, la décoration de la chambre vraiment chouette.

Cons:

La taille de la salle de bain qui était un peu petite. Mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Pros:

The room design was earthy and the amenities especially toiletries showed attention to organic and ethical sourcing. My room was spacious. There was a supermarket right across for last minute shop and a great bakery 2 min walk for morning coffee and pastry

Cons:

My room window was right on the street so passing cars could be heard in a distance.

Hotel at a good location, ruined by an unpleasant staff.

The location is good, and the breakfast is nice.

Cons:

At 4:15 am, I was woken by a loud, random sound in the linen room next door. It sounded like pipes banging together. When I reported it to the front desk, he insisted that I had made it up until I put the phone on the wall to prove it. The sound lasted an hour. Afterward, when I checked out of the hotel, he immediately and wrongly said I hadn't paid for breakfast, then retracted it after he checked. Overall, didn't feel very welcome.

Great location, staff and enviromental commitment but tiny rooms. Make sure to upgrade.

Wonder staff, upgraded our room because it was our 50th anniversery.

Cons:

Rooms were nice but very small. Booking did not accurately describe top floor tiny room with sloped ceiling and skylight window.

Personale alla reception gentile.

Cons:

Junior Suite : niente armadio. Solo un paio di grucce all'ingresso.
Bagno molto piccolo.
Camera molto rumorosa : ti sembra di dormire in un incrocio.
Colazione di varietà e qualità modesta.
Praticamente senza una sala reception.
