Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, toller Pool-Bereich, sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit viel Ausstattung. Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück super, Personal sehr freundlich
Die Preise, sowohl für Übernachtung, als auch Cocktails etc. an der Bar und im Poolbereich sind schon sehr heftig. Trotzdem ein einmaliger Aufenthalt :)
Pool is stunning, staff so accommodating and our balcony suite was outstanding!
Very well equipped and nicely designed apartment style hotel room. Everything you could possibly think of was there.
The bed was extremely comfortable (comfy mattress, plenty of pillows, bed curtains). Bathrobes, towels and sandals were also provided.
Two TV’s - one facing the bed, the other facing the sofa. WiFi worked well. Living room area comes with two sofas, foot rest, telephone, radio, notepads, etc.
Mini kitchen with refrigerator and sink, beautiful mugs and glasses (available for purchase, by the way), mini bar and dining table.
Bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion (out of their own line, also available for purchase) worked and smelled wonderful. Cute extras like toothbrushes, crystal deodorant, comb, etc.)
We loved the art work throughout the apartment and entire hotel.
The highlight sure is the pool area - it truly makes you feel like you’re in Bali. Extremely relaxing. Plenty of day beds, swing chairs, a bar, etc. Pool is heated and had the perfect temperature.
The spa (steam room, sauna and outdoor showers, as well as complementary infused water, apples, nuts and a sugar-lemon scrub and towels) were also great.
Amazing organic breakfast buffet. It is kind of on the pricey side but worth every penny. Plenty of variety and so, so delicious.
Whenever in Copenhagen, this will be our personal first choice now.
We parked our rental car in the public parking garage next door.
No major complaints.
We didn’t really like the toilet paper, it was too thin. But there were plenty of rolls in the bathroom so it wasn’t a big deal.
We got there early so we asked if an early check in may be possible. The lady working at the time seemed disinterested and just responded that due to the late check out time (12:00), a check in before 15:00 isn’t possible. We totally understand that thorough cleaning takes time but were a little disappointed about the short answer as she didn’t offer us to leave our luggage either. For a hotel of this category and quality, we would’ve expected that. The receptionist checking us in later that day was very friendly and informative about the facilities on the other hand.
Rooms are cute and comfortable
Not a genuine 5-star experience. There's no doorman, and my driver couldn't drop me right in front of the hotel, so I had to drag three large suitcases to reception myself. At check-in (4 PM, standard time), the receptionist said no one was available to help with luggage to the room - after I pushed, someone eventually did bring the bags up, but only after a lot of back-and-forth, and staff acted like it was some huge favor rather than a basic 5-star service. The same thing happened at checkout: I'd arranged the night before for help with luggage in the morning and was told it wouldn't be a problem, but on the day they again said no one was available, and only after I insisted did someone eventually help bring the bags down - again with an unnecessary attitude, as if they were doing me a special favor.
There's also no bottled water in the room, only tap water, and when I explained I wasn't comfortable drinking it (it was also warm, not cold), staff said they couldn't provide bottled water at all. Room service was very hard to reach even during the day, and unavailable entirely after 9 PM. Housekeeping also left personal items like the eye mask piled messily on the side of the bed instead of placing them properly, which didn't feel clean or well cared for.
Overall the service level felt more like a 4-star hotel than 5-star, and the attitude around basic requests (luggage, water) made the stay frustrating rather than relaxing. Wouldn't expect this at this price point or star rating.

Oczywiście basen super. Wielkość i urządzenie pokoi rewelacyjne. Świetne kosmetyki. Przemiła obsługa.
Czystość na 3. W naszym pokoju znaleźliśmy brudne ręczniki po poprzednikach i śmieci w dywanie (m.in. kolczyk). Po zwroceniu uwagi zostało posprzątane.
The location was great. The pool courtyard was fantastic and the pool very enjoyable.
The air conditioner leaked water onto the bed making for a difficult night. Once notified, the staff did have the problem fixed.
