Heel comfortabel en prettig hotel voor een aantal dagen Maastricht
Pros:

Erg mooie en ruime kamer in een bijzonder design. Alle kamers zijn vormgegeven door verschillende kunstenaars. Moderne faciliteiten, zoals een duobad, tv in de badkamer en slaapkamer en een fantastisch bed. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker met veel lokale producten en de studenten in het hotel zijn enorm sociaal en behulpzaam.

Somtueux, magnifiques, paisible, le lit était si parfait!

L’originalité du concept et la gentillesse du service m’ont vraiment séduit.

Cons:

Avant de vous installer dans une chambre, parce qu’elles sont toutes très différentes, vérifiez bien qu’elle correspond à vos attentes.

Wir sind zu einer Hochzeit nah des Hotels gekommen, würden es aber nicht mehr buchen!
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug, massive Anzahl an Stolperfallen. ! Nichts für ältere Leute ! Teilweise auch im den Zimmern. In allen Zimmern keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, anderen Gästen ging es ebenso. Ventilatoren wurde nur auf ausdrücklich Nachfrage teilweise zur Vergüng gestellt. Im zweiten Zimmer haben wir sehr oft nachgefragt. Erst kommt das Personal, dann die Gäste?! Kaum Kleiderhacken in den kleinen offenen Schränken. Der Sanitäre Raum ( Dusche + Toilette ) befinden sich im Schlafraum. Privatsphäre nicht möglich. Geräuschkulisse ?! Nachts volle Beleuchtung im ganzen Raum, oder im dunklen zur Toilette?!

Pros:

Old renovated castle in quiet natural environment - fantastic. One can have breakfast next to a little lake with birds or in the courtyard of the castle. When we were there it was extremely hot but one can borrow a bike and about 40 mins north of the city center there are beautiful spots on river Maas for taking a refreshing bath in surprisingly clean water.

super relaxed, fijn en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Vriendelijk te woord gestaan, hadden een kamer zonder airco, wilde graag een kamer met airco, dit kon geregeld worden zonder problemen.
Auto mocht blijven staan toen wij winkelen waren en de bagage mocht bij hun blijven staan op de dag van het uitchecken, superfijn allemaal.

Cons:

We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt of diner, dus hier kan ik niks over zeggen, er was op dit moment niks wat tegen viel.

Het gebouw

Cons:

Het barpersoneel houdt niet bij op welke kamer de mensen zitten die drankjes op het terras bestellen. Dit leidde tot een discussie over welke drankjes wij hadden. Dit wil je niet. Gelukkig werd het uiteindelijk netjes opgelost.

Mooi om te ervaren
Pros:

Heel mooi gebouw. Goed personeel.

Cons:

Raam kon niet open, mooi bad maar hoe douche je daarin, foto van de ontwerper (?) was enorm groot en oveheersend.
De oordopjes lagen er niet voor niets met feestende studenten in de tuin.

Hoffelijk overnachten op de campus
Pros:

Prachtige locatie van de hoge hotelschool, waar studenten hun praktijkstage kunnen doen en het hotel/restaurant runnen. Leuk om onderdeel van te zijn en te zien hoe ze werken. Deluxe kamer was ook echt luxe en fraai vormgegeven in het dak van het kasteel. Zeer comfortabel. Pand zelf op de campus van de hogeschool is mooi, maar de campus zelf ligt aan de rand van de stad in een woonwijk. Centrum is 3,5 kilometer lopen.

Cons:

Brandalarm ging 's ochtends vroeg af. Geen contact met personeel rondom dit alarm, dus beetje onduidelijk wat er gaande was of wat we moesten doen.

Het enthousiasme van de leerlingen. We voelden ons echt gewaardeerde gasten. Zowel bij de ontvangst als bij het diner en ontbijt

Cons:

De kamer. Wij verbleven in een kamer van Piet Hein Eek die maar 1 kleur had: donkergrijs. Enorm somber! Ook vonden we het erg lawaaierig door de leerlingen die op woensdag hun stapavond hadden.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een schitterende omgeving.

De prachtige accommodatie, de vriendelijkheid van de studenten, de kwaliteit van het restaurant, de parkachtige ligging van het chateau. We komen graag terug.

Tolles Hotel in einem alten Schloss. Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, denen die Arbeit Spaß macht. Jedes Zimmer individuell mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.
