Ligging in hartje Maastricht is belangrijkste pluspunt van dit hotel.
Pros:

Ligging in hartje Maastricht vlakbij winkels en parkeergarage. Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Duur voor het gebodene. TV deed het niet. Ontbijt in eigen restaurant met 25 Euro duur betaald met beperkte toegestane keuze uit de kaart. Dit telt niet eens op tot 25 Euro. Bovendien lang wachten door te weinig personeel.

Eine der schönsten Ecken von Maastricht
Pros:

Alles wie beschrieben und abgebildet - sehr schöne Lage im autofreien Teil der Altstadt an einer hübschen, lebhaften Straßenecke mit gepflegten und sehr gut besuchten Cafés und Restaurants. Zum Hotel selbst gehört ein gemütliches französisches Bistro mit kleiner Karte - hier wird auch das Frühstück à la carte serviert. Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und schlicht aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

De locatie en de inrichting

Cons:

Ontvangst was rommeling en raar en niet heel gastvrij, 1 sleutel ipv 2, we waren naar de verkeerde kamer gestuurd, vervolgens kwam er een medewerkster bij ons de kamer ingelopen dat we de verkeerde kamer hadden “genomen” terwijl we die door de kok hadden toegewezen gekregen. Het was niet duidelijk hoelaat het ontbijt was. Dit kon pas vanaf 09.00 uur. Ontbijt was overigens wel echt heerlijk!!! Er was geen airco, daarom ramen open, om 6.00 uur ‘s morgens werden de glasbakken geleegd, veel lawaai.

Heel mooi, comfortabel en prima gelegen hotel. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk eten (zowel ontbijt als diner), kwalitatieve keuken.

Cons:

Tijdens de avond was het lang wachten op het eten (het was druk) en was er iets misgelopen met de bestelling maar dat heeft het personeel opgelost met een commerciële geste, wat zeker geapprecieerd werd.

Super locatie, schone en ruime kamers met een goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Een erg fijne, schone en ruime kamer. Het hotel is gelegen in een hele mooie straat midden in de stad. Vanaf het hotel loop je eenvoudig de stad in. Het ontbijt was super en werd vers voor je bereid.

Cons:

Het was wat warm op de kamer, een airco zou fijn zijn.

Fijn contact en een nette schone kamer op een geweldige plek

Cons:

We kregen 2 consumpties voor een drankje, echter was het restaurant niet open waardoor we deze niet konden inwisselen
