Bit of a letdown
Pros:

It was an adventure. Lol. The views were nice and we could imagine it has more appeal when bustling with activity.

Cons:

It just wasn't as expected. Signage and directions to park and enter weren't super obvious - can't imagine if the little strip had actually been busy. The guest entrance was a bit rickety. The room was clean and adequate but the mattress was awful. We clearly chose a bad time to visit because the atmosphere was dead. The restaurant was closed, the patio bar across the street was open but lifeless. We ordered food that was 1/2 good and 1/2 disappointing. There was quite literally nothing to do on the island. We should have stayed in Kingston proper.

Avec un petit effort cet établissement pourrait devenir un superbe endroit.
Pros:

La vue sur le port et le Saint Laurent. La cuisine et l’espace.

Cons:

La propriété laissait à désirer. L’extérieur vétuste, les détritus et vieux fer à l’extérieur.
L’escalier recouvert de poils.
Armoire de la cuisine et tiroir à couverts pas très propre.

Very quiet stay in the winter
Pros:

Very clean, large room with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Unique location. Great view of Kingston. 1970s rural Canadian rustic charm. Right next to the ferry dock. Easy check-in

Cons:

No housekeeping between nights. Little things need fixing (clean the windows, better showerhead).

Had the chance to meet the owner. We were late after check in and everything was closed. He made sure we had the dinner in the restaurant.
That was very nice of him.
