Great access to pool. Fantastic location staff super friendly

Cons:

Bare light bulbs, pool tiling broken inside and outside of pool, breakfast really limited. Rock hard cinnamon buns on first day, no table lights of place to put bags.

Beautiful grounds and pool area, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was very basic, only a bed and two small side tables and wardrobe. A chair, reading lights, some shelves and a bit of decor could make it look way more friendly (and more comfortable) and less like a hospital room.

Necesitan contratar un Administrador que haya ido a la Universidad

Las instalaciones y el personal del bar y restaurante son excelentes.

Cons:

Booking ya había procesado el pago, pero el área administrativa no se comunica adecuadamente con el personal de recepción. Decían que mi tarjeta presentaba error. Llegué de viaje cansado al hotel y me querían cobrar 2 veces. Pésimo llegar y encontrar que no puedo entrar tranquilo a descansar. Demoraron 3 días en comunicarse y revisar para entender.

Pros:

La ubicación,ya que no hay ruido de tránsito

Cons:

La cama estaba floja,, hacia ruido al voltear cucarachas saliendo del desagüe y ,el domingo 31 de mayo que era la salida tuvimos que esperar 1hora y 15 minutos para el desayuno.
Llegamos a las 8:20am y fue tanta la espera que no disfrutamos de la piscina.
Lamentablemente por las instalaciones y la piscina hice la reservación ahí y no se dio..
Por tanto la limpieza, en desagües y organización a la hora de las comidas, especialmente en los desayunos y no hacer perder al cliente tanto tiempo.

Pros:

El lugar es confortable, cómodo y silencioso. La comida es muy buena y a buen precio. Pero sin duda alguna, el punto más alto es el trato del personal, una maravilla como tratan a sus clientes.

Cons:

Solo un pequeño detalle. En nuestra habitación no había un toma corriente disponible para cargar dispositivos, solo uno donde estaba conectado el teléfono de la habitación, todo lo demás perfecto.
