De rust

Cons:

Personeel Niets van informatie kon blijkbaar deze avond daar niet eten smorgens ging ik naar beneden voor ontbijt was maar een dame aanwezig en het ontbijt ging later zijn was voor mij te laat ben dan maar vertrokken moest de sleutel gewoon aan de receptie leggen waar niemand aanwezig was

Het was fantastich!!
Pros:

De prachtige locatie was tot onze positieve verbazing vlakbij het Heiligdom waar we voor naar Banneux kwamen.
We komen hier zeker terug naar deze in een groenenoase liggende kasteeltje.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje waren de overgordijnen die niet voldoende bindeerden.

The place could have been perfect but because of the bed, I did not get a good sleep at all.
Pros:

The location was excellent, quiet, beautiful surroundings, lovely building and I liked the chapel they had right at the site.

Cons:

The beds had no sheets! The mattress was covered with a synthetic rubbery material that felt awful on the skin. I understand that many older seniors stay there because of the Shrine, and you don't want to have to do a lot of laundering of dirty soiled sheets. But a decent hotel has to have bedsheets. The pillows had at least cloth pillow cases so why not bedsheets?

Pros:

De toegankelijkheid was perfect. De deur staat de hele dag open, hetzij 's nachts met een code. Het personeel was vriendelijk en sprak ook Nederlands.

Een te klein douchgordijn, maar dat was niet heel erg.
