Comfortable, modern hotel, central location, very helpful staff.
Pros:

Comfortable, modern hotel, not too far from bus depot. Rooms good. Breakfast good. Very friendly staff. At the breakfast buffet, head waiter asked if I wanted an omelette made by the chef. She ordered it and brought it back from the kitchen . No extra charge, Can't beat that. Discovered neighbourhood restaurants a short distance away where the locals eat. Very nice. Within walking distance of the Cathedral of the Resurrection, the Clock Tower, and main boulevard.

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man wurde herzlich empfangen und jederzeit kompetent unterstützt. Dadurch habe ich mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts bestens betreut und wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung steht, dass die Zimmer über einen Balkon verfügen. Tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch nur um einen französischen Balkon. Das war bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuschend, da wir das Hotel aufgrund dieser Angabe gebucht hatten. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Zimmerausstattung wäre wünschenswert, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.

Perfect for a weekend stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is very good. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is very good with good water power. The hotel is not far from the center and also quite close to the bus station and there is a hopping centre in 5 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get everything you might need. Breakfast was good.
The room was quite big and very clean. The bathroom was also big and the products (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc) were nice. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

I ordered a room with a balcony but there is not exactly a balcony in any room. It is not possible to sit outside on the balcony because it's just a big window that you can open a little bit more than a normal one. But the view was nice.
