Sans surprise, mais où est le charme ?
Pros:

C'est du classique autrichien, c'est solide, sérieux, "alles in Ordnung", tout fonctionne.
La gestion est hyper sérieuse : accès un jour de fermeture, parfait, ultra rodé ; coupure d'eau prévue, une affiche dans chaque salle de bain et seau prêt à être jeté dans les toilettes.
Distributeur de boissons, très commode.
Aucune mauvaise surprise.
Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus non plus. Mais irréprochable.

Cons:

La contrepartie de tout ça est qu'entre les crucifix on s'ennuie un peu ; la chambre est bien, mais assez confinée, trop chaude, avec une climatisation bruyante, un lit vraiment trop petit.
Je regrette de n'avoir pas pu essayer le restaurant, fermé ce soir-là.

Ochota personálu, rodinná atmosféra, kvalitná kuchyňa. Izby čisté priestranné.

Cons:

Chýbala mi na izbe varná kanvica na kávu a čaj. Inak všetko v poriadku.

Praktische Absteige
Pros:

Gute Lage nahe beim Bahnhof und nicht zu weit vom Zentrum. Schlüsselsafe war bei meiner Ankunft zwar leer aber als ich die angegebene Nummer anrief wurde das Problem sofort gelöst.

Wenn nicht Ruhetag, scheint der Restaurantbereich samt Außenbereich attraktiv zu sein

Cons:

Der Abflussdeckel im Waschbecken ließ sich zwar schließen aber nur schwer wieder öffnen. Hatte zum Glück einen Nagelzwicker als Werkzeug dabei. Zimmerausgestaltung sehr einfach aber es hat komfortmäßig alles, was man braucht.

Gut zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Sowohl das Schloss Esterházy als auch die wunderschöne Fussgängerzone von Eisenstadt sind in wenigen Gehminuten bequem zu erreichen.

Mein Zimmer lag zur Hofseite und war daher angenehm ruhig. Es war sehr geräumig, ausgesprochen sauber und das Bett äusserst bequem.

Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine grosse Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, Müesli, Käse, Aufschnitt, Eiern, frischen Früchten und vielem mehr.

Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Da ich an einem Dienstag anreiste und die Rezeption montags und dienstags nicht besetzt ist, erhielt ich vorab einen Zugangscode. Der Zimmerschlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox beim Hoteleingang hinterlegt und konnte problemlos entnommen werden.

Rund um das Hotel standen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Besonders positiv fand ich auch, dass mir auf Wunsch ein kleiner Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gestellt wurde – ein sehr aufmerksamer Service!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag:

Schade fand ich lediglich, dass im Zimmer kein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung stand. Gerade wenn man an einem Montag oder Dienstag anreist und die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, wäre es schön, sich zwischendurch einen Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten zu können. Zwar gibt es einen Getränkeautomaten, allerdings bietet dieser leider keine Heissgetränke an.
