Very nice hotel with excellent restaurant, nicely located next to lake Zürich
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel next to lake Zürich, excellent restaurant and very good breakfast, staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Not much - price is rather high but that´s Switzerland, and the quality was very good.

Fantastische Lage am Zürichsee lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Direkt am See hat das morgendliche Frühstück die Freude auf den kommenden Tag geweckt. Das Zimmer hat vermutlich den besten Blick auf den See geboten. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof bietet beste Möglichkeiten zur Erkundung der Umgebung mit dem ÖPNV..

Cons:

Wer in die Schweiz reist weiß um das höhere Preisniveau gegenüber Deutschland. Im Hinblick auf Ausstattung und Stand der Benutzung des Zimmers (Holz im Bad hält einer dauerhaften Nutzung nie lange Stand) hat das Zimmer aber nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Gleiches gilt für das Restaurant. Selbst in der Schweiz kann man für so einen hohen Preis eine ordentliche Qualität erwarten.

Views, size of room, balcony, office desk and staff were great

Cons:

Coffee machine and small fridge in the room. The could update the duvets and pillows to be thicker as sleep is important to me
