The bed and matress not cleand, moldy wet so left immediately and did not stay
Pros:

The bed shed were dirty and stained, brought many and were not cleaned without asking they collected back before setting it on bed
Matteress was moldy, stained with yellow
Umreliable power

No clean bedding material, the staff and front desk communication so I left without stayinh

Terrible, they didn’t have what I booked and were very rude.
Pros:

The actual room we ended up getting was fine and well priced.

Cons:

They didn’t have a room for me, refused to give me a refund and made me go to a different branch of theirs just to get a room, and the manager was extremely rude, shouting at me because I wanted a refund.

Disgusting bathroom, poopwater flowing from the toilet - WHO PLACES THE BRUSH NEXT TO THE SHOWER???? DISGUSTING!!!!

Dated/dirty bedding
No elevator and had to trail big bags up 3 flights of stairs (which had bottom section with no railings)
Got strange vibe as soon as entered
Other guests smoking in hall ways
Shower head lose and bathroom floor soaked within minutes

Cons:

The property was filthy . There was mold on the ceilings of the bedrooms and dirt on all the bed sheets. The staff were very very rude when it came to resolving the problems. We also experienced no water for a whole day. which included the toilet and showers. And also experienced no wifi in our room for both days and nights we stayed there.

sympas pour un court sejour
Pros:

L'appartement était grand, c'est très agréable lorsqu'on voyage en famille ou entre amis, il y avais 4 lit doubles. On avais aussi un grand balcon vu sur piscine.

Cons:

le logement n'étais pas super propre.. Nous devions marcher en chaussure pour ne pas se salir les pieds

I don’t like this property. I will never come back here again. Staff is so disrespectful and they don’t have manners to talk. They don’t cooperate with anything. even if I paid my booking already but staff asked me for extra money.

Absolutely disappointing and filthy place!!!
Pros:

I liked absolutely nothing in this property!!

Cons:

The management is extremely bad as when I arrived they said your room isn’t ready and something is broken in the kitchen.
They offered me another room which was filthy and the kitchen stank as if a mouse rotten in there.
Finally they gave me a room without a kitchen but but they didn’t offer any discount as I had paid for an apartment with a kitchen.
