Cons:

Parkplatzkosten fürs Motorrad draussen an einer Hauswand. Dabei ging kein Parkplatz verloren. Das finde ich kleinlich, ist mir vorher noch nie verrechnet worden!

Helemaal prima in een gezellig dorpje, vlak bij de stoeltjeslift. Veeel beter dan het saaie St Moritz

Pros:

Man fühlt sich 100 Jahre zurückversetzt in diesem Hotel. Es hat sehr viel Charme, unser Zimmer war tipptopp und sehr geräumig. Das Person sehr freundlich und das Essen hervorragend. Die Lage ist auch top, 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen Essen (Cipollata, Speck und Rührei). Der Zugang via Skiraum zum Zimmer war barrierefrei.

Cons:

Es gab nur EINE Kaffeemaschine. Wartezeit bis zu 6 Min. Zusätzlich gab es noch Kaffee Americano aus der Thermoskanne, was aber niemand benutzt hat. Gipfel gab es nur am Sonntag und auch Kleinbrote gab es nur ausnahmsweise. Die Anzahl Tische hat an einem Tag nicht gereicht und ich musste warten bis einer frisch gedeckt wurde. Das Personal hat sich alle Mühe gegeben damit es zu keinen Engpässen kam.

Aufenthaltsraum, Bibliothek, Bar, Esssaal

Cons:

Schrecklicher Stilmix im Eingangsbereich. Dass so was nach Crans feuerpolizeilich noch geht-erstaunlich. Aber man kann das ehrwürdige Hotel ja nicht einfach schliessen - oder?

The Staff is very friendly escpecially Reception Desk
Lobby We like it very nice and confortable.
In the room no tea or coffe we can make ourselfe, bathroom is super but no body lotion .Suggest soap better not liquid for hygienne.
Vegetarian pizzza was delicious.👍

Cons:

Breakfast buffet not so good .Breads not variaty two days always same buffet.No vegan food amd lactosee free yoghourt.
Not variaty salads no croissant .Fruit salad not good at all

Entspannter Aufenthalt in stilvollem Ambiente
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die Hotellobby und die stilvollen Aufenthaltsräume haben uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, und auch das Abendessen hat uns geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Even better than expected
Pros:

The photos don’t show how good this hotel is. We really loved the rooms, the bar and the restaurant. Beautiful place. Very close to a bus stop and at 10-50 walking distance to the train main station. We were extremely happy to stay there - we even got an upgrade for one of the rooms 😀. The breakfast is very good - well above average. The staff is extremely kind. A special mention to Jennifer, who is always willing to help with a big smile in her face.

Cons:

I liked it all. Only complain is that we’ve liked to spend more time there.

Schöner Aufenthalt in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Zentrale Lage mit kurzer Distanz zu Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof.
Das Frühstück war gut mit reichlicher Auswahl und frischen Produkten.

Cons:

Die Organisation beim Frühstück war für uns nicht optimal: Ich hätte ein Plateau geschätzt, um alles auf einmal an den Tisch transportieren zu können. Es wäre auch angenehmer, wenn man Kaffee in einer Kanne an den Tisch gebracht bekäme. Das Anstehen beim Kaffeeautomaten für jede Tasse würde sich erübrigen.
