Very nice with lovely staff.
Pros:

Easy to find within walking distance from the train station. Good sized rooms. Very comfortable. Quiet. Has its own restaurant and bar. Nice shower. Bottled water available. Breakfast was very spare continental style (ham cheese bread and croissant and jams ) but as I don’t have a big appetite early morning it was enough for me.

Cons:

No lift and lots of floors. I was lucky my arthritis has improved as it’s tough going up four flights. No air con but there was a ceiling fan which helped. No one came to make up my room luckily I had enough of everything and reused the towels.

This is the perfect suburb of Lucerne. Quiet, beautiful, a great value, and a wonderful small hotel setting.

Petit déjeuner très bien, emplacement aussi

Parfois on entendait d'autres clients ... Et des personnes se sont aventurées sur la terasse juste devant ma chambre

Pleasant peaceful area and quite hotel
Pros:

Excellent split level suite. Location in a peaceful part of Switzerland close to the mountains.

Cons:

Although advised in advance we found the lack of AC in extremely hot weather difficult. Also no lift and a lot of stairs to negotiate was waring.
