Rooms and overall hotel was quite clean and well maintained. Breakfast was limited but was good.
Absolute gem of the find! Helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful view and one of the tastiest breakfasts. When we arrived their wine terrace was not open yet, but we were allowed to use it with our own food and wine. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Аккуратный современный мини-отель, где персонал относится к постояльцам, как к своим хорошим знакомым. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания. Поддерживается ежедневно чистота, меняются полотенца, гигиенические наборы, постельное белье. Балкончик с видом на город (можно попить кофе и полюбоваться видом на гору Мтацминда). Отличные, сытные, достаточно разнообразные завтраки, Неподалёку есть продуктовые сетевые магазины. Вкусно и не очень дорого поужинать в ресторане "Khinkali House", который в 8 минутах ходьбы (при наплыве туристов туда бывает сложно попасть). Девушки рецепционистки, не смотря на молодость, хорошо говорят по русски. Про общественный транспорт сказать не могу, мы либо ходили пешком, либо перемещались на такси, кстати оно доступное (н-р, из аэропорта 22 лари это 770 р.) и долго ждать не приходится, геолокация четкая.
В самом номере нам не хватило только крючков для одежды на входе. Мелочь, но неудобно верхнюю одежду нести каждый раз в шкаф, тем более, в нем места не так много. Расположение на горе: с одной стороны плюс - вид, с другой стороны минус - чтобы попасть в номер нужно подняться на гору. А улицы в старом Тбилиси - это "отдельная песня" :))
Уютный номер, вежливый персонал, вкусный завтрак и отличный вид. Отдельно хочу отметить, что персонал отеля искренне заботится о посетителях.
was very impressed with the hotel! It's a cozy place with attentive and caring staff who are always ready to help. I especially loved the terrace with a wine bar—the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is simply superb: just a few minutes from the old city center, making it easy to explore all the sights. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!
It was clean and in a nice area. The staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was yummy as well.
The Internet didn’t work very well in our room so it was very hard to work from there. We wished that the rooftop patio was on for just sitting and hanging out. But it was closed for the season.

If this room was 30-40 euro it would be pretty decent, but definently not worth 78 (and it was 78 after a hefty discount from Genius). The shower was huge but it had lukewarm water. The soundproofing was non-existent. The balcony view is definently not like the photos, since you have a million cables in the way. The blackout curtains don't really block that much light so in the morning it was too bright to sleep. Also there is a parking space but it is only for one car so if someone was there before you, you are out of luck (thankfully for us we were the only ones woth a car).
We liked everything!
We really enjoyed our breakfast and location is conveniently located within walking distance to all major attractions.
Medea was our favourite receptionist, she was really helpful with everything :)
