Pros:

Название гостиницы соответствует содержанию, вы попадаете в старинный тбилисский дом, именно ДОМ, с обстановкой начала 20 века. Радушная хозяйка и хороший домашний завтрак. На крыше терраса с видом на город. Заметка тем, кто не любит крутых лестниц, номера расположены на втором и третьем этажах.

Pros:

Tolle Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Tiflis. Die Terrasse kann von allen genutzt werden. Gute Lage.
Leckeres Frühstück mit täglich wechselnden Essen.

Cons:

Unser Balkon war sehr klein und nur ein schmaler Schlauch, das war uns nicht bewusst.
Die Schallisolierung könnte besser sein.

Pros:

Stepping into the hotel, I found myself in a beautiful older curated home. It was wonderful! It was a different experience than others I had whilst traveling. The hostess was warm and kind and gracefully handled my language deficit with Google translate. I was shown to a perfect single room with a balcony where I could have coffee. Breakfast was delicious and homemade. It was tailored to my vegetarian diet and still in the Georgian flavor zone. I will be back!

Cons:

I have a hip.injury and personally struggled with the stairs. All the other guests did fine, so this was entirely my fault. I will return after my surgery and recovery.

It was an unforgettable living experience in perfect country!
Pros:

Homemade breakfasts made by the most hospitable owner. Light, large apartments with their own balconies. Free admission to the roof with perfect view on Tbilisi. Comfortable placement in the center of the city.

Cons:

All were incredible!

A disaster
Cons:

We booked this hotel solely because of the positive Booking.com reviews. After spending two nights here, we honestly wonder whether those reviews were fake or whether the hotel has gone into serious decline.We stayed in Room 1, facing a very busy through road. The traffic noise was relentless, day and night.
our room was not cleaned after the first night. No housekeeping, no replenishment of basic supplies. Fortunately, we had brought our own toilet paper.
Breakfast on the first morning was almost absurd. For two people, we received three slices of bread, four slices of cheese and some pork meat. The hostess seemed completely overwhelmed. During breakfast time, she spent most of her time watching Instagram videos with the sound on loudspeaker. Then, while Instagram was still playing, she started playing the piano loudly. At that point, we honestly did not know whether we were guests in a hotel or participants in a hidden-camera show. We stayed only because the whole situation was becoming increasingly surreal. In the end, we left the table and found a calm, welcoming coffee bar two streets away. To be fair, the second morning was better. Breakfast was hosted by an older lady who was professional, friendly and welcoming, showing that good hospitality is actually possible at this property.

the hotel does not accept credit cards and requires payment in cash.
Apart from the friendly lady on the second morning, this stay was completely inconsistent with the reviews and rating that convinced us to book. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property.

Bardzo chciałbym powrócić.
Pros:

Magiczne miejsce. Usytuowane na starym mieście, ale parkowanie nie sprawiało żadnych trudności. Wyposażenie pokoju bez zarzutu. Hotel posiada swój naturalny klimat Gruzji. Właścicielka to klasa sama w sobie. Trudno spotkać drugą tak naturalnie serdeczną osobę. Fantastyczne, domowe śniadanie.
Pobytem jestem zauroczony.

Cons:

Proszę nic nie zmieniać.

Honest, clean and happy place with a homemade breakfast changing every day
Pros:

It just felt comfortable, homely and honest.
The owner lady went out of her way to make you feel happy. Very reasonable price. The view is pleasant.

Cons:

If you stay on the third floor as a mature person a bit hard to get up with a bigger luggage.

Всё замечательно!
Pros:

Всё очень понравилось! Расположение - прекрасное (жаль только, что перекопана Ш. Руставели), до площади Свободы - пешком 30 мин. Вкусные завтраки! Прекрасная, душевная хозяйка Ната! Всем советую! Тбилиси и Грузия - в моей душе!

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had
