В номере было чисто, хозяйка общительная, вежливая, хочется вернуться еще раз в этот отель! Завтраки были замечательные, очень вкусные, шикарный вид с террасы наверху и уютный балкон ☺️

Pros:

First of all this isn't a hotel but a pansion in old Tiblisi. The owner is a friendly and talkative woman although doesn't speak English at all. The room is quite comfortable with a nice balcony.

Cons:

The breakfast was too poor with no options.

Un quartier résidentel très agréable
Pros:

Le quartier très sympa, proche de nombreux restaurants, hors de la zone touristique.
Les petits déjeuners faits maison et variés chaque matin.
La gentillesse de l'hôte.
La chambre côté cour au calme.

Cons:

La qualité du matelas, à changer.
L'état général de la chambre qui mériterait quelques rénovations.

整个房子很有艺术气息，主人是一个亲切热情的老奶奶，一共4层的房子，顶楼是露天阳台，早餐很精致但能吃饱

地铁站走上去是个接近60°斜坡，我背着户外包是有点累

Pros:

Noto is unbelievable person, like she is from the heaven, she welcomed us like nobody ever did, and she is a very very very good chef, so expect to eat the most delicious breakfast in your trip.

The hotel is like a classic European home from the 18th century, very beautiful and comfortable, also from the trace you can see all tblisi.

The location is so near to most of the places you wanna visit in tiblisi and 6 minutes walk to the metro station.

Cons:

However it's just 6 minutes from the metro station but it's a downward street, you will suffer to go up if you are not athlete person.

Vrai salle de bain avec séparation douche
Balcon avec vue sur Tbilissi
Climatisation
Malgré la barrière de la langue avec l’hôte, elle est très souriante

Cons:

Stationnement payant dans la rue, vous pouvez trouver des places gratuites sur les rues perpendiculaires
Assez excentré du Old Tbilissi, 40mn à pied, avec un pente raide pour revenir à la guesthouse
Petit déjeuner un peu tard à partir de 9h
Escaliers assez abruptes pour accéder aux chambres des étages supérieurs

Pros:

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v blízkosti starého mesta, do ktorého za pár minút prejdete pešo. Domáca je veľmi milá pani, pripravila nám výborné tradičné gruzínske raňajky. Toto ubytovanie určite odporúčame.

老板人很好，热情周到，我们第二天要提早出发，老板早起帮我们准备早餐，我们打碎了卫生间放香皂一个碟子，老板不没有要求赔偿。我们裤子忘在酒店，老板配合朋友取。
