干净整洁，服务态度非常好👍，非常善良的店主，在得知我没有现金的情况下，首先为我办理入住，随后待我找到提款机取出现金后为我补办了入住手续！非常贴心，旅馆服务业的楷模，入住过程十分愉快！治愈了阿塞拜疆巴库四家旅馆业者带给我的心理创伤！下次来第比利斯，优先考虑这里，再次入住！他们在booking.com的评分极高，显而易见，都是客人真是的评价！最后，早餐准备的很用心，二位年纪很大的老奶奶准备的早餐，吃起来很亲切香甜，有种家的感觉！推荐

卫生间有点小，马桶盖掀开后立不住，希望能够修理一下！另外，卫生间那么小的浴盆是干什么用的？有淋浴喷头就够了吧！感觉有点别扭，为什么不拆掉啊！？

Повысили уровень номера бесплатно, потому что он был свободен, оказалось что там бесплатные завтраки, правда я их проспал, очень дружелюбный персонал, отель просто супер

חדר ענק ומעוצב, נעים ומיוחד, קרוב לשדה התעופה
Pros:

לקחנו את הסוויטה שהייתה ענקית ונעימה מאוד. העיצוב מרשים ומרגיש ממש כמו לישון בחדר המלכה. חדר אמבטיה מרווח ונעים, מרפסת חמודה, פינת ישיבה, ומיטה ענקית ונוחה. העיצוב באמת מיוחד.
יתרון ענק של המלון הוא הקרבה לשדה התעופה, כך שהייתי בו בלילה האחרון לקראת טיסה היה מושלם. רק רבע שעה נסיעה מהשדה

️ יש מקומות שבהם הטפט (המפואר) מתקלף. גם השטיח בשטח הציבורי דורש החלפה

Об отеле остались только самые лучшие впечатления. Встретили, как родных. Номера чистые, уютные. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Помогли заказать такси, рассказали, как добраться до дальнейшего места, куда нам было нужно. Накормили прекрасным завтраком. Отель рекомендую. Если будем опять в Тбилиси, однозначно остановимся здесь.

Ļoti atsaucīga uzņemšana, ļāva mums ar ģimeni piereģistrēties ātrāk, jo bija agrs lidojums. Numuri bija tīri un klusi.

Cons:
