Pros:

Such a cute hotel right in the centre of tbilisi. Really nice and big room and the view from the top floor is insane. Fre wifi and ac unit. The furniture is so pretty and vintage.

Hotel antico nel centro della città. Carino, un pò rumorosi i pavimenti ma molto comodo per visitare la città. Pulito. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Tutte le attrazioni della città sono vicinissime

Awful.
Pros:

Just their air condition.

Cons:

Everything. It was old, creeky bed and floors. The toilet flush is not working properly, you have to tap the side of it to work. The staff is an old grumpy lady who doesn't know how to smile at guest. Also there's no proper bin inside the room.

It felt like my own cute haven in Tbilisi.
Pros:

Fantastic location, super clean with charming and comfortable decor.

Cons:

You can hear through the the walls (minor issue though) and the stairs were a little precarious.

Приветливый персонал.Чистота.Полотенца меняли каждый день В номере тихо.Очень приятная атмосфера в отеле.Чудесный вид из окна.Кондиционер работает прекрасно.

להתרחק!!! למעט המיקום, המלון אולי מנסה לתת וייב של וינטג' אבל זה מרגיש מיושן ומלוכלך. המצעים והמגבות היו לא נקיים, רועש מהרחוב, הרצפה חורקת כשהולכים, המיטות נוראיות, היחס לא נעים, אין חניה, יש עובש על הקירות (הסדוקים), אסלה שבורה ועוד...

Уютный и красивый отель в историческом центре с заботливыми хозяевами и персоналом.
Pros:

Очень понравилось много вещей: расположение, внутренний вид отеля, вид из окна, заботливые хозяева и персонал. Рядом с отелем много интересных мест, до которых идти буквально пару минут. В самом номере было очень уютно и тихо, вся техника работала. Хотя мы и приехали раньше стандартного для отеля времени заселения, нас заселили сразу.

Претензий нет! :)
