Schöne Aussicht, aber leider gemischte Erfahrungen
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss Kura. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber völlig ausreichend, und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir eine sehr unerfreuliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Chef. In unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer hatten wir kein Wasser, während im oberen Stockwerk Wasser vorhanden war. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Umgang damit und die fehlende Bereitschaft, uns entgegenzukommen oder zu helfen, haben bei uns leider einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen.

In manchen Zimmern sind britische Steckdosen! Das Haus war mal eine Residenz vom britischen Botschafter. Das muss man vorher wissen und einen Adapter benutzen

位置很好，相对安静，又可以走路去老城区。停车也方便。房间挺大，还有露台，方便欣赏河景和夜景。客人去隔壁餐厅吃饭可以打折。

Charming vintage house nicely decorated as a hotel.
Pros:

Der view from the balcony is fantastic. The hotel is close to the main bridge to go to the city center, so it was fantastically close to the city. A lot of restaurants close by and still there was enough space for the parking.

Cons:

The house belonged to a British ambassador, so he had a fantastic idea to change all the electricity sockets to the British ones. Strongly recommend to have adapters for the travelers to be able to use the electricity.

Pros:

Labai patiko ši vieta Tbilisyje. Kambariuose pasirūpinta smulkmenomis – radome šlepetes bei dantų šepetėlius. Pusryčiai standartiniai, bet sotūs ir skanūs: kiaušinienė, dešrelės, sūris, daržovės ir jogurtas, tad alkani tikrai nelikome. Didžiausia viešbučio puošmena – fantastiškas vaizdas iš balkono. Viskas buvo labai gerai!

Pros:

Excellent location , very ordinary breakfast

Cons:

It was more like a guest house not hotel run by 2 ladies who were very non cooperative, and at times rude . There were horrible stairs and no staff to carry luggage to third floor . The ladies were always unhappy to help or extend any facility. They even didnt allow to use microwave for once on request . Curtains and air conditioning was in sufficient . Couldn't sleep a single day properly because of excessive sunlight in room that starts at 6 am . beds were not comfortable .

Pros:

Очень милый отельчик на 6 номеров. Причём, каждый номер как отдельная квартирка. Нам достался номер С - две комнаты, хорошего размера санузел ну и, конечно, невероятная терраса с потрясающим видом! Река Кура внизу и вид на весь Старый Тбилиси! Завтраки в отеле скромные, ничего лишнего, но всё приемлемо. Сыр-мацони-сметана-овощи-сосиски-омлет. Достопримечательности все рядом, до метро идти минут 5 - очень удобно. Рекомендуем!

Фото соответствуют действительности
Персонал заботится о гостях как о родных, вкуснейший завтрак каждое утро, приятная беседа. Настоящее искреннее грузинское гостеприимство
Локация одна из лучших в старом городе- тихо, но близко до всех интересных мест
