Шикарное расположение отели, считанные минуты до центра, есть своя парковка. Номер был чистый. Вид шикарный, на Тбилиси.

Плохо уходила вода в душе, и была сломана крышка унитаза. На эти моменты закрыли глаза. В остальном все хорошо

Ottimo soggiorno per chi ricerca spazio, silenzio, pulizia, e vicinanza al centro.
Pros:

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, come una suite. Colazione in una magnifica terrazza con vista sulla città. Località in quasi centro ma molto silenziosa.

Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is centrally located and very convenient for exploring Tbilisi on foot. Having breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful view, although the variety and overall quality of the breakfast itself were fairly average. I should also mention that the staff did try to be helpful whenever there was a problem.

Unfortunately, for us, that is pretty much where the positives ended.

When we first checked into the room, we noticed that the iron, ironing board and hairdryer that were supposed to be provided were missing. I went down to reception and asked for them. At first, the staff seemed surprised that they were not in the room, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, they brought them to us. The hairdryer worked fine, but the electrical wires on the iron were exposed and, frankly, it did not look safe to use. The cover of the ironing board was also very old, dirty and in terrible condition.

The biggest surprise regarding cleanliness came the next morning. When we opened the curtains, we found a pair of men’s underwear underneath them, presumably left behind by a previous guest. It is probably difficult to find a better example of just how thoroughly our room had been cleaned before we checked in.

Still, looking on the bright side, apparently the hotel offers an additional complimentary service: if you forget to bring underwear with you to Tbilisi, don’t worry — the hotel provides it free of charge. You just need to look around the room a little. We found ours under the curtain. :)

Joking aside, I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and much better-maintained room equipment from a hotel in this price range. The excellent location, beautiful view from the terrace and fairly average breakfast are positives, but given our experience — particularly with the cleanliness — I cannot confidently recommend this hotel.
