The only positive point was the very beautiful view from the room.

Cons:

We were booked for a 4-night stay in the jacuzzi suite but chose to check out after 2 nights due to several major issues. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there were foul odors coming from the bathroom plumbing. More importantly, the jacuzzi was defective; water was leaking directly onto a frayed and damaged electrical wire, creating a serious safety hazard. I contacted the hotel to request a partial refund or a rate reduction for the two nights spent, as the room did not deliver the advertised amenities, but I have received no response. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for a hotel, but I am sharing this to inform future guests, as these safety issues were not addressed by management.

Pros:

Everything was excellent at the hotel. The room was spacious and perfectly hygienic. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and replenished essentials like water, tea, and coffee. The breakfast menu varied every day, and everything was delicious—I particularly enjoyed the compotes. The 24-hour terrace offered a great view, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy tea or coffee in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is close to everything, with most tourist spots just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Cons:

The only drawback was the surrounding area, which has many pubs and clubs. We didn't feel entirely safe in the evenings, making our return to the hotel a bit uncomfortable

Pros:

Zimmer waren großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Nähe zur Altstadt, Gegend schön. Frühstück mit vielen Salaten. Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum und Terrasse. über die ganze Stadt.

Cons:

Direkt neben meinem Zimmer, ca 3 m war ein Hochspannungswerk und einem großer Hochspannungsturm mit sehr dicke Leitungen, was mich gesundheitlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Great view, but too many annoyances
Pros:

Wonderful view! The breakfast on the terrace had multiple options. We were even able to ask for breakfast to go.

Cons:

The conditioner in our room was broken, it took 2 days to fix it, we could not use the room properly, when it was being fixed. The door in our friend's bathroom was broken, it didn't close. There was no spare toilet paper in the room so we had to ask for it every time we needed it. The floor was squeaky. The lights could be warmer. The French balcony door was not opening, and the main balcony door didn't have the ventilation mode.

Konumu çok iyiydi.Her yere yakındı.Kemdisine Özel Otopark ı vardı(Günlük 15 Lari Karşılığında, Önceden Rezervasyon yapılması gerekiyor.)

Odamızda ayrıca tek kişilik yatak vardı, Çocuğumuz için. Ancak yastık yoktu. Bebek karyolası gelmişti ancak nevresim ve yastık yoktu. Bebek karyolasının tabanı tahta gibiydi.Altınta yatak yok gibiydi.Çocuğumuzu orada yatırmadık.Zaten yastık nevresim hiçbişey getirmediler. Süs yastıklarında yatmak zorunda kaldım. Havluları yastık nevresimi olarak kullandım. Bornoz u ise yorgan olarak kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz.Seçenek çok az. Su ücretli 2 Lari. Fiyatına göre otel çok pahalı. Bu paraya BATUM da yıldızlı otelde kaldık.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Flower. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience special was the outstanding hospitality from the staff.
A special thank you to Edward, Gigi, and Maryam for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout my stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
Their excellent service made me feel at home, and I truly appreciate all their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Отличное местоположение гостиницы в старом городе, довольно большие номера, приемлимые завтраки с вкуснейшими грузинскими сырами. Есть возможность завтракать на свежем воздухе с прекрасным видом на город.

Cons:

Гостиница "устала"...Мы заселились в районе часа ночи, получили быстро номер. Большой номер, огромная душевая и туалетная комната. Зайдя в нее и закрыв за собой дверь я поняла, что выйти из нее проблема. Но муж помог мне из комнаты и дверь открылась. Утром я пошла умываться, естественно, закрыла за собой дверь...А вот выйти уже не получилось даже с помощью мужа. Он позвонил на рецепшен, минут через пять пришел молодой человек и 40 минут пытался открыть дверь. Так начался мой день рождения. 50 минут в холодном помещении, в результате чего я, естественно, простыла. Мы ушли гулять по городу и нас уверили, что к нашему возвращению все отремонтируют. В чем заключался ремонт? Убрали замок из двери и все оставшиеся дни мы прожили с незакрывающейся дверью в туалет. Думаете перед нами извинились за такое неудобство, как 50 минут находиться в запертой душевой? Конечно нет!!! Кроме этого не работал пульт от телевизора и нам забыли дать ключ от сейфа в номере...По сравнению с 50 минутами в холодной душевой это уже мелочи. За пять дней проживания в гостинице номер убрали один раз. Муж подарил мне цветы и я попросила на рецепшен вазу. Ее принесла горничная и спросила не хотим ли мы чтобы она убралась в номере. Мы ответили положительно и в этот день она застелила постель...Больше в наш номер никто не заходил.

Best view in Tbilisi and great breakfast
Pros:

This is our third time at the Hotel Flower. It is an excellent choice for a boutique hotel in Old Tbilisi. The staff there are very helpful. They have a terrace/solarium with one of the best views of Tbilisi, open 24/7. And their breakfast is varied and tasty, lots of
local salads, protein options, and some traditional (Western/European)
breakfast foods.

Gigi was the concierge most of the time we were there and was a great help.

В номере было очень шумно, на завтраке - еда очень скудная. Кофе машина не работала, каша - холодная ( что даже масло на таяло)
