Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage an der Altstadt, sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Die Matratzen in unserem Zimmer waren sehr hart. Und der Preis für das Zimmer mit der Ausstattung (Dusche und Toilette auf dem Gang definitiv zu hoch.

Nette hotel zeer centraal gelegen met prima ontbijt.
Pros:

Prachtig gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Wij zaten in het bijgebouw deze was erg warn (geen airco). En wij konden geen nooduitgang vinden!

Funktionale Unterkunft nahe dem Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Die Katholische Akademie ist nahe dem Stadtzentrum gelegen. Das Zimmer war für die Übernachtung ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte die Dusche am Gang.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Regensburg
Pros:

Das Haus liegt angenehm am Eingang von Regensburg und am Eingang zur Altstadt, ist aber gut zu erreichen und hat eignen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer ist gross, hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück übertrifft sämtliche Erwartungen, einmalig!

Un séjour d'une nuit mitigé dans cet établissement catholique
Pros:

L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et le personnel est dévoué et arrangeant. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, et j'ai apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre (bouteille d'eau et biscuit). Les consignes d'arrivée tardive avec le code pour le coffre à clés sont bien pensées.

Les points négatifs :
・Difficulté d'accès à la chambre (sans aide, je n'y serais pas parvenue) :
Ma clé indiquait "506" (sans la lettre N). Les consignes précisaient que seules les chambres avec un "N" étaient dans l'annexe (Ostengasse 25). J'ai donc cherché ma chambre dans le bâtiment principal pendant près d'une heure (les ascenseurs s'arrêtant au 2ème étage). J'ai tenté d'appeler l'accueil, sans réponse (le numéro d'urgence sur la porte extérieure était invisible à cause du manque de luminosité). J'ai finalement été sauvée par deux autres clients. Il faudrait absolument préciser dans les consignes que les chambres au-delà de 400 se situent dans l'autre bâtiment.

・Confort de la chambre en été :
Il faisait chaud dans la chambre.
Sans climatisation ni ventilateur, j'ai dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte, ce qui a laissé entrer les insectes et le bruit de la rue très animée jusqu'à 3h du matin (je pense que malgré tout cela a été exceptionnel de ce jour, en raison du mondial...).
De plus, le matelas était un peu dur pour que je m'endors bien.

Une expérience moyenne pour le prix pour moi.
Probablement je n'y retournerai pas personnellement, mais j'aimerais bien que cet établissement continue y exister avec ces personnels dévoués.

Cons:

Personnels très agréables, le petit déjeuner assez bon et copieux !

Nice Location
Pros:

Not what i expected, but an ideal location to walk into Regensburg, which is lovely, secure reserved parking at the back, check in at the front, the place actually is huge, bigger than the description and photos suggest which was a surprise, i inadvertently book a room with shared toilet/shower and no TV, well it is a catholic academy, so that was a bit of a shock , but to be a couple minutes walk out of Regensburg it was worth it still, the room was basic but very clean, and in one of the attached buildings, breakfast was very busy but plenty to go around and lots of choice and typical German breakfast

Cons:

parking charged at 10 euros when you are a guest just does not seem right,

Zentrale Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung wie eine DDR Jugendherberge 1980, düsteres und stickiges Zimmer in einem heruntergekommenen Nebengebäude.
