Pros:

Отличное расположение в центре Старого Тбилиси. До всех достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком, но обратно подниматься в крутую горку.
Хорошие завтраки, мы наелись.
Чисто, уютно.
У нас был номер на 3 этаже. Вит открывается очень красивый с балкона.
Есть местный ласковый котик.

Cons:

Немного проблематично парковать машину рядом с отелем из-за узких улиц.
Пешком подниматься в горку.

Pros:

Замечательный отель! Идеальный. Месторасположение супер! Все очень близко, долго сомневалась стоит ли брать отель в старом центре и это было прекрасным решением. Персонал замечательный, тихо, спокойно. У нас был видовой номер на третьем этаже, был нереальный вид на весь город. Завтраки тоже отличные, для нас были немного соленые, но это особенность в принципе грузинской кухни как я поняла , но в целом было все. Рекомендую от всего сердца!

Хороший номер, доброжелательные сотрудники
Pros:

Отличные завтраки (сыр, колбаса, 2 вида овощного салата каждый день, нагетсы/сосиски, макароны/гречка, оливки/маслины, хлопья и тд), приветливая хозяйка на кухне.
Номер чистый, убирают каждый день и полотенца меняют тоже каждый день. Было очень тепло в номере (для меня плюс).
Расположение - на холме, пока поднимешься, потратишь все калории которые наел на ужине.

Pros:

Good property, location is bit tricky since it’s up a hill with very narrow roads. Breakfast was okayish.

Cons:

There was a big window above the door without any curtains hence there was a lot of light in the room in the room and my any woke up very very early because of it.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Old Town. Very tasty breakfast, super kind staff, comfortable beds, clean and fast internet. If you're lucky you can park your car for free just outside the hotel. Will definitely come back when in Tbilisi

L’hôtel est magnifique et très bien placé dans le vieux Tbilissi

Konumun iyi olması dışında bir şey beklemiyorsanız tavsiye edilir.
Pros:

Öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim, Şehir genelinde mi böyleler yoksa bize mi denk geldi bilmiyorum ama turizm konusunda, hizmet konusunda bizim gibi değiller. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlarda özverili. Bunun dışında güzel bir şeyler yazamayacağım.

Cons:

Temizlik ve düzen anlayışları biraz farklı. Bizim gibi detaycı veya iş bitirici değiller. Odamızda ki banyonun lavabosunda yer alan musluğun açma kapama yeri bozuktu. Yani baya bildiğiniz kaldır, indir şeklindeki musluk kaldırılamadan direkt kırıktı. Her açışta elimizdeydi. (Fotoğrafı özellikle koymuyorum , benim vicdanım el vermiyor.) Hadi biz sayılı gün oradaydık, temizlik yaparken de mi sorun olmuyor anlamadım. Bahçede yer alan bahçe mobilyalarında kırık olmayan bir tane sandalye yoktu. Elbette tatilimizi olumsuz etkileyen bir durum değil ama insan bir düşünüyor. Konukların kullandığı eşya neden kırık olarak dursun ki? Sonuçta hayır kurumu değil her gelen parası ile konaklıyor:) Kahvaltı için çok bir şey beklemeyin, biz çok seyahat ettiğimiz için buna hazırlıklıydık. Ekmek, yumurta, peynir ile karın doyurabilirsiniz. Birde gece 23:00 ten sonra su kesintisi yaşadık iki gün. Belki öncesi ve sonrası da vardır bilmiyorum. Su deposu yok. Zaten neden kesinti olduğunu ve ne zaman geleceğini sorduğumuzda da bilgileri yoktu. Ben internet tarayıcısından çeviri yaparak yerel kesinti bilgilerine ulaştım. :)

Soggiorno incantevole nella splendida Tiblisi
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare in autonomia la bellissimi Tibilisi.
Camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Colazione un po’ ripetitiva ma più che sufficiente.
Staff non proprio cordiale, solo il ragazzo (probabilmente il proprietario) molto gentile e simpatico. La ragazza alla reception probabilmente era infastidita dal lavoro, non un saluto, un sorriso, un’informazione in più a quelle strettamente necessarie, un po’ di gioia di vivere in più sarebbe stata gradita.
Nel complesso consiglierei senza dubbio questa struttura.

Cons:

Struttura su una strada in salita (per noi nessun problema) forse un po’ impegnativa per chi ha problemi motori.
Cuscini della camera da letto terribili, altissimi.
Ragazza alla reception poco incline all’accoglienza.

Booked 2 rooms but none of the TVs worked. I asked to fix it but they didnt
We were told on the first day that the card machine is not working, so we can pay later. At the end we wanted to pay and a guy at the reception told us we cant by card only cash. When i said that the previous person told us we can, he said she didnt know anything and doesnt work there anymore. While the girl was standing and smoking outside

Hôtel très bien situé, avec une belle vue sur la ville sur les chambres extérieurs
Attention tout les taxis ne vous déposent pas devant du fait des rues étroites
Personnel très sympathique avec un petit déjeuner agréable à manger dans la cour de l’hôtel
Parfait pour visiter Tbilissi

Cons:

Un mobilier un peu ancien et une mauvaise isolation idéal pour l’été mais l’hiver cela peut être plus compliqué

Staff were not welcoming at all. We were hoping for a quiet room - we told reception upon arrival - but you could hear the conversations in the patio below, which were quite loud and people stayed there until past midnight. The "clean" towels in the bathroom had black hairs on them. There was also no running water in the evenings for two nights in a row. After three nights we decided to cut our stay short and the manager did not even ask why or how our stay had been.
