Номера были чистые и в целом все новое. Приятный отель. Хороший интерьер.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, meiner Meinung nach ist der Stadtteil um Marjanishvili total schön und ich kann die anderslautenden Kommentare nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Das Frühstück war exzellent und das Zimmer sehr nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider kann ich auch die Kommentare bzgl. der Sauberkeit nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe mich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben beschwert und ein erneutes Säubern der Dusche, in der noch etliche Haare und anderer Schmodder klebten, eingefordert. Das kann in Hektik sicher passieren und es war eher die abschätzige und offensichtlich genervte Reaktion der Rezeptionistin, die uns sauer aufstieß. Ich weiß nicht, ob es auf der Rückseite weitere Balkone gibt. Sollten die zur Straße hin die einzigen sein, sind sie für Booking.com SEHR günstig fotografiert worden und wecken so eine falsche Erwartungshaltung.

Cons:

Место неплохое, завтрак не брала. Кухня очень маленькая.

В целом всё было бы нормально, но администратор грубо отвечала на мои вопросы и даже не разрешила посмотреть уже забронированный номер, несмотря на мои просьбы. В номере был чайник, но не было ни чая, ни кофе.

Оценка: 4/10.

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Номер небольшой, но уютный, чистый и аккуратный. Особенно понравился балкон с красивым видом на Мтацминду. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. В отеле есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

Пакетики с кофе и чаем в номере были бы кстати
