Amazing Hotel in City Centre 10/10
Pros:

The hotel was clean and organized with staff available around the clock!
I booked it last minute as my original stay in Old City near Freedom Square turned out to be an extremely congested, tiny room which I came to know is apparently the condition of all hotels in that area, but Bridge Hotel was a saviour. The room was spacious with a small balcony and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained! More than I could ask for.

It is at a walkable distance from Freedom Square as well as the Bridge of Peace, so very accessible.
This is also the only place in all of Tbilisi where the staff actually greeted me with a smile and a good conversation, that was the warmest welcome and made up for all the other hotels!
The host also kindly adjusted our late checkout request, overall great 10/10.

Thanks Bridge Hotel for such a warm stay and lovely breakfast. ❤️

Cons:

One minor con can be a lack of free car parking, they only have a single free parking slot and we were lucky enough to get it for both days of our stay but this should be highlighted in the description!

Отель на 1.5 звезд на 1 ночь не более

Отель не такой как на фото ,он другой чуток перевод зависит на чью вы смену попадёте, ребята норм но есть с чем сравнить нам это наш не 1 отель в жизни персоналу нужна учится и учится, ну давайте к фактам ,я плохо за услугу ,я должен надеется что я получу, но не так это было ,я спросил есть ли у них химчистка ,да есть ок и сколько она стоит за 1 вещь постирать 10 лари если я помню, я оплатил спрашиваю когда вещи будут сухие и после строки мне говорят время ,я жду жду и не чего время прошло ,вещей нету а завтра нужна ехать гулять а вещи хрен пойми где , спускаюсь вниз а там нету не кого на ресепшен ,и че дальше жду приходит парень ,и вобшем не понимает о чем я ,у меня девушка принимала она смену закончила ,сейчас. Его смена уже он находит вещи в итоге, я забираю их в Кюльке, иду в комнату открываю и че они все мокрые ,тупа мокрые я спускаюсь вниз мол че за дела ой а да они мокрые ,я говорю ну как бы да сних вода течёт, я говорю я же оплатил за это деньги и услуги не получил ,это меня просто взбесило ,кароче утром только вещи сухие были, ну как то так деньги берут за услугу но не делают еео до конца либо холтурят ,дальше еда такое себе хлеб джем ,масло ,кофе сосиски и каша или омлет и все ,на этом выбор окончен ,скудный выбор как по мне , уборка номеров норм но не 5 звёзд, даже не 1 звезда холтурят как и до этого, было 1 девушка там отлично сторалась помочь и ей за то плюс а все другое ну такое себе, вобшем выводы мои ну как поспать на 1 ночь да быть там неделю как мы нет и нет они далеко от центра ,и размещение отеля не удобный везде нужна брать такси ..вобшем вернулись мы туда еще раз однозначно нет нет и ещё раз нет .

Pros:

The "balcony " was less than one square metre and understandably it wasn't any furniture, it wasn't space for any. It was huge disappointment but otherwise the room was very nice and the staff nice and helpful

Cons:

Пліснява у ванній кімнаті, подерті двері. Персонал зранку кричить на весь коридор о 07.00 розбудили стукали в двері дізнатись чи тече у нас вода. Сніданок не смачний, розраховуйте що під 10-11 майже нічого немає , їжу не доносять. Продукти без смаку. В холі на курено , персонал спілкується погано . Не рекомендую!
