Pros:

Overall the apartment was really beautiful and clean. The location is also good. It's right in main center Street

Cons:

There was no air condition. And they gave us only 2 fans and when we asked for the 3rd fan they refused to give us and the excuse was they don't have because it was really hot inside. The staff was not really nice. And there was no stove at all

Sehr zentrales, gut bürgerliches Hotel / Restaurant
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr zentral gelegen und sehr gross. Das Essen war so wie wir es erwartet haben: Gutbürgerliche Küche. Wir waren etwas überfordert von der Geschwindigkeit, wie schnell das Essen kam. Umso besser: So hatten wir mehr Zeit noch die Stadt und den nahe gelegenen Hausberg zu besichtigen.
Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Cons:

Ich hatte bei der Buchung nicht realisiert, dass das Zimmer in der "Dépendence" ist. Da dieser Ort nicht mit dem Motorrad erreicht werden konnte mussten wir leider die Koffer schleppen.

Great location on the Hauptstrasse and surprisingly calm
Pros:

Fantastic convenient location on the Hauptstrasse. Plenty of room and surprisingly quiet despite the Hauptstrasse on one side and the beer garden on the other. Almost direct access to the walk up to the Schlossgarten and the Altebrücke.

Cons:

It was a bit hard to get hold of staff on-site but they were helpful when we did.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Bridge and the funicular leading up to the castle, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

The room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The central location allowed us to easily reach the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes without needing transportation.

Overall, it is a convenient place to stay for anyone visiting the city.

Cons:

Although I was aware that the bathroom facilities were located outside the room, no one informed us that the toilet and shower were in two completely separate rooms on the hallway. This was quite inconvenient and not what we expected.

Another concern was the key system. We were given a single key that opened not only our room, but also the main entrance, the toilet room, and the shower room. This created the impression that anyone with access to the building could potentially access other areas as well, which did not feel very secure.

The hallway had an unpleasant smell, a mix of dampness and food odors. Fortunately, the room itself, as well as the shower and toilet facilities, were clean.

Both the shower room and the toilet room were quite small and lacked comfort. Considering the price paid for one night, I expected a higher standard of accommodation and facilities.

Finally, the lack of air conditioning is a significant drawback during the summer months, especially on warmer days.

Overall, the location is excellent and the room was comfortable, but several aspects of the facilities and overall value for money could be improved.
