Pros:

Чисто, комфортно.
Район Ваке - всё рядом.
Отель небольшой, но номера хорошие.
Вокруг в 100 метрах магазинчики (это и Spar, и Европродукт) и аптека.
В 450 метрах AgroHub (продукты, большой, круглосуточный).
В 400 метрах проспект Чавчавадзе (с самокатами, кафешками, магазинами и активностью).
В общем, комфортно.

Cons:

Вид из окна - никакой 🤣
Из-за этого хотел уехать после первой ночи, но подумал, что ладно, на 5 дней удобства перевешивают вид на стоянку.
